One of Melbourne's true hidden gems, Dave Leck (soundcloud.com/daveleckmusic) joins us for the second episode of the series. Dave's sound is the perfect blend of smooth, melodic, progressive house with a balanced undertone of grooving basslines. As of late, making serious waves internationally, he has found himself releasing on labels such as 3rd Avenue, Emotional Content Records, inU and Particles to name a few. 

Listening closely to Leck’s music we knew he would fit the brief perfectly for our new concept and we had to have him on board. A true gentleman, with a mature ear for production, he will continue to impress both world-wide and here in Australia.

Hailing from Northern Ireland, Willy is a passionate lover of progressive house, known for his deep, melodic, and emotive soundscapes. Resident at Organic Deep House Radio, Output Room Radio and Encyclopedia Radio, Willy consistently delivers cutting-edge sounds that resonate with progressive house enthusiasts. Beastu is a multi-genre DJ hailing from Tropical Far North QLD. Predominantly known for his varying blend of Breaks, Beastu’s electronic appetite for selection also includes DnB, Garage, Psy-Breaks, Deep/Organic House, IDM, Dub, Trip-hop and Downtempo.

Since coming onto the scene in the mid 2000’s, Beastu has been involved in an array of club nights and festivals. He’s supported acts such as Krafty Kuts, Opiuo, Infected Mushroom, Splitloop, Hedflux, Sensient and more.

Jimmi-Woods is an Australian, Melbourne based producer. An experimental electronic musician whom could be considered a genre crosser. A big fan of progressive music, he underpins his sounds with tech infused grooves. Pushing the envelope in every production he continuously thinks outside the square and most importantly allows the music to develop where it needs to grow.

James started out as an avid drummer and percussionist, playing in many bands over the years, in particular the funk fused band Soul Trip. As a man who loves his groove, band or no band, he entered the realm of music production learning his craft with the very experimental Shifty Gypsies and then took it up a notch with the Psy Tech invoked Stepping Inwards. He is constantly learning and evolving his sound.

In addition to his impressive original productions, Dave was also the winner of the Sound Avenue remix contest for the track "Madloch, Subnode - Hybreath". This accolade further showcases Dave's ability to reimagine and transform existing tracks into something truly special.
