Flying the flag for ‘quality independent electronic music’, born and bred on a national and global scale in their homebase of Australia and beyond, Balance Music have been at the very forefront of underground house music since its inception, expertly guided by experienced director Tom Pandzic. Their revered Balance Mix Series (Established in 2000) has seen the likes of Max Cooper, James Zabiela, Kolsch, Hernan Cattaneo, Henry Saiz, Danny Tenaglia, Deetron, Joris Voorn, Patrice Baumel, James Holden, Agoria, Phil K (R.I.P.), and more step up to the plate for one of the most essential collections across the entirety of the electronica spectrum, whilst Balance Series, their showcase for expressive tech, progressive and wider variations of house music, is a focal point of the sound. The latter has nurtured top-drawer releases from quality artists encompassing a plethora of upcoming and established acts. Chilean-born DJ/Producer SIMPLY CITY began his music career embedded in clubs and raves in his native city of Santiago under the alias Cesar “Bass” Romero. After developing a reputation as one of the most in-demand DJ’s in his home country, Cesar left Chile to begin touring across Latin America, Asia, Europe, and North America in the pursuit of launching his DJ career. 

Cesar then spent many years traveling and touring the world internationally as a DJ. It was Montreal, however, where he decided to root himself after much time abroad. Here, he gained a coveted spot as a resident at Montreal's world famous Stereo Afterhours, where he’s been engaging crowds and developing his sound for over 10 years. 

Stereo’s globally recognized sound system, acoustic space, and dedicated club-goers gave Cesar the opportunity not only to apply his breadth of experience as a career DJ, but also to explore a variety of new musical territories. At Stereo, Cesar never fails to flex his mixing skills to an audience of “stereo-heads”; always taking them on truly sonic and atmospheric journeys through his music. Whether opening up the room for some of the biggest names in electronic music or taking over the space for an “all night long” set, Cesar’s mastery of tight mixing and careful track selection have garnered him respect both locally and internationally. 

Outside of DJing, Cesar has released several tracks on some of the most well-renowned progressive house labels; ultimately putting himself on the map as one Montreal’s most recognized progressive house producers. SIMPLY CITY continues to play his music beyond Canada’s borders, and consistently delivers his infectious Stereo flare to audiences across the world.

Emerging name in the Electronic/Dance and Tech House scene, Julius Arth began his journey in Vercelli, Italy.
Since launching his career in 2023 he quickly built a reputation for his deep, dramatic tones and solid, high-energy grooves, seamlessly blending influences from Club and Techno cultures. 

His music has captivated audiences and industry leaders alike with records as “Heart For You” in 2023 and “Game Of Life” in 2024, receiving strong supports from some of the biggest names in the scene, including Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Lost Frequencies, Spinnin’ Records, Tomorrowland One World Radio, BBC Radio, and Nexus Radio. 

Julius has already performed at some of the most respected dance venues across Europe, including Oliva and Maia (Amsterdam), Vybe (Ibiza), Murazzi (Turin) and the world-renowned Ministry of Sound (London), where he graced the stage in support acts for Julian Jordan, Nicky Romero, STMPD Records and Spinnin’ Records.

And (w)y, born and raised in Cologne, Germany, showed a passion for music from a young age. In 2014, he taught himself how to DJ and developed a unique style incorporating elements of Melodic House/Techno, Progressive House, and Tech House.

Since 2018, Andy (w)y has been a regular act in clubs and festivals in Germany, captivating his audience with his energetic performances. In 2022, he expanded his artistic skills and began focusing on music production, with a particular emphasis on Melodic House/Techno.

2023, And (w)y has been moving to Dubai, where he continues to evolve his musical creativity amidst the vibrant international music scene, exploring new horizons.

And (w)y’s musical journey reflects his evolution from a young music enthusiast in Cologne to an emerging artist with a distinctive sound that enriches the electronic music scene.

Mo Bangles, a.k.a Desert Jesuz, rekindled his passion for DJ-ing in 2018 after a hiatus since the Vinyl era, where Jorge Capkovic (R.I.P) played a pivotal role. His journey was reignited by the mesmerizing Playa Sounds experienced during his inaugural visit to Afrikaburn. A promise made to himself materialized in 2019 when he returned to deliver his debut Burn set.

The Ethiopian Coffee Fractal Chill became the canvas for Mo's distinctive blend of Downtempo beats and Slow Soulful music, a departure from the usual Burn soundscape. 
The ambiance he crafted resonated deeply with the audience, offering a profound sense of peace, love, and tranquility. The crowd's enthusiastic response became Mo's driving force to continuously share his music with beautiful souls.

While Mo doesn't have a specific genre preference, he believes in playing music that exudes love from the heart. Influenced by legends like Sasha, John Digweed, and Sander Kleinenberg, who captured his imagination during the Underground era, 
Mo also draws inspiration from local talents like Don Wildman and KRIZZOLOGY (Family), #The Thrillogy 

Mo extends his gratitude to music enthusiasts worldwide, acknowledging the support and love he has received. He considers himself honored and blessed by the connection. He envisions music as the binding force that harmonizes us in the matrix of existence.
