Cedar Moon is the first track released from a 3 song EP called “Earth Keepers” produced by Shaman’s Dream, Poranguí and Eric Zang.

The song was a gift to Sahuna from an old growth Cedar Tree under the full moon at his home in Nevada City. When recorded, it was done in one take with Shaman’s Dream on Hang Drum, Poranguí on Ngoni, Eric Zang on Kaval Flute and Beats created by Geometrae.

Cedar Moon reflects the healing energy that comes from opening, listening and allowing spirit to work through us. Trusting in the power of being in the moment and improvising from a place of deep listening.

The Earth Keepers project emerged from a personal inquiry between Poranguí and Sahuna Love (Shaman’s Dream) around what it means to be better stewards of our sacred Earth Mother. At the core of this question came the understanding that we are each bodies comprised of the Earth elements and can only care for Mother Gaia when we cultivate & care for our body in relation to a place.

Guided by the principles of reciprocity and complementarity we are more capable of living in right relation to the elements and all of life. Rooted through the body & inspired from the breath, we dance & sing as an offering to life helping us conduct ourselves through the world and everyday choices with care for this precious planet we call home.

California-based producer Akriza brings his unique bass production
skills to reimagine the track ‘Fragrance,’ a mesmerizing sonic journey
from Liquid Bloom and Bloomurian. In his remix, Akriza creates a
distinct polyrhythmic vibe filled with intelligent sound design that is
sure to light up the dance floors.

The full ‘Fragrance Regenerated’ release will offer eight distinct
remixes, wrapping the traditional vocals and sounds into organic
house, downtempo bass, psy dub, and deep ambient soundscapes.
This collaborative release is a diverse journey uniting the shamanic
cultures from both sides of the planet, South America and Siberia.
Proceeds from this song will be donated to the non profit ‘Futuro
Nativo’ to assist with their building projects in the Shipibo village of
San Fransisco, Peru.

With ancestral vocals from both Inin Rao Shipibo and Siberian vocalist
Snow Raven, ‘Fragrance’ transports listeners to the depths of the
natural world. In addition, Yube from the Huni Kuin tribe offers his
spoken word, adding to the unique sonic tapestry. The atmospheres
and world vocals transport the listener to other realms, evoking the
power of ancient traditions. ‘Fragrance’ is an immersive experience
and invites the listener on a journey of inner self-discovery.’

The second of two tracks that was written in Costa Rica. Huitaca is the goddess of arts, dance and music, sexual liberation, witchcraft and the moon. She was turned into an owl for rebelling against another god. 

This tune is about the wild spirit and the ancient jungle.
