As masters of the full sensory psychedelic experience, audio-visual group Zebbler Encanti Experience return to Gravitas Recordings with their newest offering, Freakquency. Coining a musical style they refer to as "psytrap", ZEE shows off their aural dynamism by combining elements from dubstep, psytrance, trap, and other bass music styles into five tenaciously coherent songs. Sound design takes center stage in their creations, transporting the listener into an ever expanding kaleidoscopic world populated by entities that are anything but monochrome. Each track on the EP will also be given it's very own visual treatment, creating an ocular story that challenges popular subjective conceptions of beauty and desolation. Due July 15th, the album will be available through Gravitas as an expected pay-what-you-want download, opening the doors for every listener to ride this Freakquency.

The album includes amazing recreations from international sonic alchemist such as Drumspyder, Bogtrotter, GUDA, Entheo, Anchor Hill, and more. The album also includes amazing sonic journeys from Moonfrog, Subsonscious, Kozmix, and the amazingly talented Hannah. 

This album is more than just deep bass and driving beats. This album is a sophisticated soundcsape that takes the listener through multiple planes. "Subtle Mind is a dubstep duo based in LA by way of the Bay Area. They began producing tracks in 2010 and have since been supported by Joe Nice, Truth, Gantz, BunZer0, DJ Chefal, and Bakir. Support that has culminated in their first international appearance at the quintessential bass music Mecca: the Outlook Festival in Pula, Croatia."

Subaqueous presents his 7th album, Shatter Spell. The album undulates through pulsing rhythms and swirling melodies to bring the listener to a hypnogogic state. It asks us to deeply look to the shadows within and take the steps needed into the light.

The entire Desert Trax family has come together around the ambitious new remix project for Poranguí.

Multi-instrumentalist, storyteller, and world-bridger Poranguí Carvalho McGrew, whose personal background is as varied as his musical library has amassed a stunning collection of songs over the years, and Desert Dwellers' extended family is helping bring his originals to more people through a double album of remixes as powerful as its source material.

Desert Dwellers themselves open up the new collection, Poranguí Remixes Vol I, and give way to new downtempo house producer, Spice Trader. As part of his travels and musical adventures, Poranguí has been a part of the Liquid Bloom live band, and now the project brings to life a reimagining of “Oxum.” Other Desert Trax favorites getting in on the action include TRIBONE, Stratusphere, Drumspyder, and Shamans Dream & Geometrae. An unlikely combo is even forged between Mandala Affect and dela Moon, resulting in a gorgeous, almost liquid drum & bass but silkier take on “Stardust.”

Another entire second volume of Poranguí remixes are under wraps for now, but fans will be able to dive into this first assembly July 12th.
