Grasping the full potential of electronic music and unfolding it within every record, every recording, with every night out made to day.

Purity of form. The ability of providing the technical skills needed to deliver on the promises of aforementioned potential. Raising one’s prowess, passion, and dedication, focusing it on honing the craftmanship of being a true DJ, producer, and performer. Not only knowing what electronic music is about but owning it and deploying all its facets onto the world.

Essence and form of electronic music. Vergil is one of those rare artists who, despite their young age, has mastered both. Over a lifetime of studies and performances in the more analogue fields of percussive music, Vergil has managed to create an intriguingly recognizable body of sound. His sharp ear for rhythms, his meticulous eye of detail, and his firm sense of aesthetics have already set him up for skyrocketing his talents across the globe. His vision of Techno, you ask? Everything you know, nothing you’d expect. Synth lines stripped down to their sonic bones, woven inside percussive bacchanals for the gods. Minimalistic, yet groovy.

Puristic, yet not without funk. Aiming for the high, yet staying on the ground. Don’t believe us? Well, stop by and hear for yourself.

We are super excited to present the 81st podcast featuring an hour of full-throttle grooves from Mikrotakt!

Sacha Treasure aka Mikrotakt is a London native who grew up in the deep forest of Sweden - This raw groove dealer has already released on the likes of Cantical Records, Catalog 01366, Trau-ma and the aforementioned DifferentSound. With more big releases planned for the rest of the year, there's no sign of slowing down.

From the age of 14 Sacha has been learning his way around DAWs and electronic music, experimenting with old school hip hop. Coming from a very musical background his family encouraged creativity - Learning many instruments throughout his childhood from violin to piano.

Sacha later fell in love with the underground rave scene and the sound of Techno. Since then he has gotten involved where he can and developed his sound.

Mikrotakt can be identified as raw, percussive and groovy. His hybrid sets deliver pounding rhythms full of energy.

As usual, turn up the volume and enjoy the mix!

Inauguriamo il nuovo anno con un set cui energia ancora serpeggia tra gli alberi del Komorebi Music Festival. Un set in grado di soggiogare i corpi al ritmo di un'oscurità densa techno e sinergie.
Fu una cavalcata indomabile quella con cui Wrong Assessment chiuse il sipario del sabato notte: bpm potenti che scalfirono la terra e travolsero la folla.

We inaugurate the new year with a set whose energy still snakes through the trees of the Komorebi Music Festival. A set capable of subjugating bodies to the rhythm of a darkness dense of strong techno and synergies.
It was an untamable ride with which Wrong Assessment closed the curtain on Saturday night: powerful bpm that scratched the earth and overwhelmed the crowd.
