Max Monje, alias Max Revolver, formed har7er in 2019, however the project officially started in 2020.

As its main producer, singer, songwriter, composer and instrumentalist, Max is the only official member of har7er and the only true person in charge of the musical and artistic direction of the project.

In 2019, Max Revolver was playing keyboards and Synths for an industrial formation from San Miguel called Endoscopy, represented at that time by Carlos Donoso and Miguel Salinas. Salinas and Max became close friends, so when Max left Endoscopy to make his own music, Salinas became his guitarist on an informal basis for his future projects.

After leaving Endoscopy, Max would learn to sing guttural voices and play the 5-string bass (which from then would be his main instrument), to later recruit members to form Flawless But Unlawful, an alternative metal band in which Max would be a vocalist, bassist and composer, while Salinas, who keep working in new music with Max, would play the guitar.

With said band Max recorded four official bootleg-type albums in 2019; "AMMA (19.9.7)", "Monsters Within", "Nameless Album" and "Massacre", all of them produced, mixed an composed by Max with Salina's help, plus an additional bootleg with covers of various artists and bands.

Max would disband Flawless But Unlawful at the end of 2019 due to creative differences with the other members, as Max wanted to get a little closer to the industrial sound, while the rest of the group decided to get closer to death metal.

The leftover members of fbu would form HARDMODE, a purely death metal band.

Max would then start with har7er, a project in which Salinas would be official guitarist until the release of "Sympathy", the first demo, and official recording of har7er.

"Sympathy" was recorded completely in the dressing room of the gymnasiums of the high school to which Salinas and Max belonged, most of the album was programmed via MIDI by Max, while Salinas recorded his guitar parts with the help and supervision of Max.

After the release of "Sympathy", Salinas and Max would take different paths, as Max wanted to keep working with har7er as a solo project, while Salinas began his own solo career.

Eleven months passed until the release of har7er's debut album "Har7er 7ag" released in July 2020, although it was leaked before the official release. The album was composed and recorded after Max's battle with his emotional problems, especially love problems. Like "BioHAZARD!", His next work, "Har7er 7ag" debuted with relative success among "underground" listeners. 

The lyrical content of the album deals mainly with the great love problems of Max in those years. All the songs on the album were available for direct and free listening, without the possibility of downloading the files (streaming).

Max has cited Nine Inch Nails as his biggest influence, going so far as to say "If it hadn't been for The Downward Spiral, I wouldn't have gotten into this music thing."

Max also says that Mike Patton is his greatest hero in the musical world, assuring that mike "taught him that music has no limits".

The direct influences of har7er's sound include bands like; OOMPH !, Ministry, Rammstein, Marilyn Manson, Megaherz, Dream Theater, Rush, Primus, Rob Zombie, KMFDM, Cannibal Corpse, MR. Bungle, Gojira, Depeche Mode, Deftones, Faith No More, Daft Punk, Nine Inch Nails, The Smashing Pumpkins, Pain, Static-X, Kraftwerk, Hanzel Und Gretyl, Deadmau5, Skinny Puppy, Fear Factory, Godflesh, Filter, among many others ...

David Geertsen's music is an experimental cross between new wave, post-punk, reggae, ska and rock. At times he describes it as circus punk, Always striving for new potent guitar, horn and/or bass licks.  David itches to burn every strand of creative Musical fluid in his veins possible, before rigor mortis sets in...

Growing up in Salt Lake City, Utah, David was either Skateboarding (with some of the 80's greatest riders) or jamming music in the basement with his bro and buddies.  He spent another several years back east writing and recording, then back to Utah in 2009.

David was a grandson of Harold Geertsen, who was the leader of a popular Salt Lake City, Utah, big band of the 50’s and 60’s as lead clarinetist. Also, grandson of English Grandad, Charles Beckingham, who was a drummer in many bands in London.
