DF TRAM's ‘Versions and Variations’, is a handpicked selection of some of his favourite versions and remixes of tracks from his album ‘Serenitay Infinitay’ and has been pressed as a -Limited Edition- 12" fern green vinyl. Many of the remixers and collaborators on this project have a long history with DF Tram as an artist, and some are artists he was eager to work with. This project features some of the most prolific names in the psychedelic chillout scene and some that may also be new discoveries to listeners. 
DF Tram is an enigmatic DJ and producer from San Francisco who is highly regarded in the North American underground electronic music scene. Known for his unique style of mixing and producing, his eclectic chill DJ sets are second to none as far as innovation is concerned. Over the past 2 decades, he has worked closely with The Orb, Mixmaster Morris and many other highly respected musicians in the downtempo electronica scene & in 2018 he joined seminal UK based psychedelic chill label Liquid Sound Design. Deep digging and heavy preparation goes into his sprawling and eclectic audio/visual sets.

After a good break and deep thought I’ve decided to ressurect on all things Sonic Treasure.
The last 12 months have proved to have been a real difficult time..
I had no energy last autumn to get my ass in gear, juggling work, play and life in general but most importantly, the health of my mammy, and the inevitable passing of her soul to the outer cosmos above which came this February 2025. 
No more pain, but then everyone connected, family friends engulfed in grief. The grief will never leave, you just live with it and adapt to its ways.
I was still active as a collective pushing THE MANIFESTO OF BLISS, with my good brothers David Keenan , David Scott and David Holmes, blessed to be playing in  Belfast with GWR and our good friends Deeply Armed and Escape_ism. Joining forces with McChuills Glasgow / Vashti And Tony Morris and even more recently in Portobello Edinburgh with James Yorkston / Stephen Clarke and Erin Farley and also Ian and Owen from Folklore…playing also in Leeds with Marie Avril and my first visit to the Social in London at the White Rabbit books birthday bash
Many many thanks to all those and more for keeping me occupied through a difficult time 

I feel now is the time to get The Sonic Treasure Show kick started and in doing so I’m welcoming on board collaborative mixes with Nico, Connor, Claire, Haldane and whoever fancies it, ill be keeping the show/ mixes to Soundcloud on the usual link.
Guest mixes will be kept to an hour long, and sticking by the no rules RULE, guests have Carte Blanche
We all have far too much beautiful music that deserves to be out there for yer ears and we have to do that justice by sharing it
