G-Wizz, The Slayer started rapping in 2007-08, he recorded his first track in  his room when he was still a teenager. Even when he started out his was very raw, his tracks hinted at the style he came to develop now, one that blended elements of Punk Rap, Emo Rap & Hardcore Hip-Hop influenced by Tyler The Creator, Lil Wayne, Eminem & Schoolboy Q and some of the newer cats in the game, dudes like $not, XXXtentaction and Dezel Curry. 

Born Cameron AR Stander in 1995 and raised in Knysna, South Africa, G-Wizz, The Slayer was a teenager when he decided on becoming a rapper. Inspired by Lil Wayne, Eminem and Tyler The Creator he was motivated to pursue his dream of becoming a rapper. He released his first few tracks on Reverb Nation but he didn't see any results. He then moved on  to Soundcloud when he saw the rise amongst the Soundcloud Artists, artists such as Xxxtenaction, Denzel Curry, $not and Zillkami. 

In 2020 he established his own music label, Dreams Of Colour Records. All his tracks has ever since been released under the label.

I am a game programmer who started out as a songwriter.  I got my start in the game industry writing looping music tracks for web games.  Over the years, I gradually shifted over to programming full time, but I still compose music every chance I get.  I use Linux audio production tools exclusively.

I once was told I made music that sounds like Hawkwind meets Devo. I'm not sure I'm wanna fight it no more.

With the exception of the "Stargoon The Gift" album, All songs Creative-commons by attribution, and go nuts with the remixing just give me a credit. If you want to use anything off The Gift, just give me a heads up before hand so I can call off the  copyright robots.
