Introducing our next Sister of Sound - Panthaera

Mel AKA Panthaera is a Melbourne born and bred psychedelic techno DJ. She's a fresh face behind the decks, but not at all a fresh face to the scene. With a lifelong passion for music, her love of chunky basslines and cheeky psychedelic sounds was found while regularly tearing up the dancefloors of the Melbourne club and doof scene. This love naturally evolved into a desire to share her niche taste in music with those around her.

Panthaera continues to hold space within our talent scene on a number of projects with frequent sets at MyAeon and podcasts from across the city. This mix is her inspiring take on downtempo psychadelic  journey within..

I am very proud and excited to share a recording of my set from the long-awaited return of Dragon Dreaming Festival 🐉

I had the honour of commencing the psytrance session on Saturday evening, Main Stage. This set is not so much a bridge (between artists Kase Kochen and Megapixel), however, it is what I consider to be a nice build into the night psy session.

Massive love and respect for Regen and Dragon Dreaming for hosting one of the most beautiful festivals in Australia. I am beyond flattered and grateful to be a part of this family. I look forward to our future ❤

It has been a long while since I have personally uploaded a taste of current workings. 2019 had me take a big break from the demand of writing new material for some very exciting gigs. 

I have been going through the process of grief and I would like to dedicate my creative processes to my younger brother 
Antoni Andrea Archer- RIP <3 

This is some diverse concepts I plan to build upon and release, with collaborative projects a great interest as well.
It's looking like 2 fresh EP's in 2020 for you to enjoy in your happy places and hopefully with happy faces.

Tom Cosm - Esoteric Festival 2020 - Bush Techno Stage

After being introduced into the psychedelic music scene and first hand experiencing the magical, emotion-invoking culture that also follows, Dale Larsen was inspired to begin his journey into creating something that invokes that same feeling of mystery, happiness and unstoppable inspiration that comes from seeing so much work go into beautiful productions that brings people together. From this mission, the Diametric project was created. 

Beginning his journey in 2019, he set out to find just how he could create the sound that personified the feelings of that inspirational moment that led him to follow this path. After experimenting, learning and growing over a year long period, he found what felt like was his way of expressing the soul of how music can create such an emotive, uplifting and entrancing atmosphere. 

Using downtempo and psychedelic chillout music with mystical yet uplifting melodies, deep and morphing atmospheres, entrancing drums and percussions, let Diametric guide you on an introspective and ethereal journey to deeper sonic realms.
