As part of the Uprooted Sunshine, Shanghai's oldest reggae soundsystem, i'm lucky enough to travel and make music with good people all over the world.

This track was recorded in 2011 when we took a bus from China to Kazakhstan to take part in Almaty by Bus, big reggae event organized by Jammin' Bus Soundystem. Over there, we met N-ShtaiN, producer for The Alcatraz, live band playing hip-hop/reggae/dubstep music in Almaty, and we spent a few days recording music with him and the singers from their band. This song is one of them.

It features Didjelirium and Esia from the Uprooted Sunshine as well as The Alcatraz, with lyrics in english, french and russian !

If you wanna see and hear more about this crazy trip, feel free to check the documentary online and meet those who are pushing reggae music in a place where nobody was expecting it, proving once more how international reggae music is.
