Gabby Gordon is a Danish-American singer-songwriter living and performing in Los Angeles, California.

Growing up, Gabby lived and traveled between Denmark, Switzerland, Czech Republic, UK, Germany and the US. Her unique life experience inspired her love for music. In a constant state of change, music was a way for Gabby to express her individuality and bond with people from all walks of life.
While pop music and soul/blues/R&B were heavy influences, across any genre, Gabby was drawn to beautiful melodies and a meaningful, well crafted lyric.

Songwriting and singing took off when Gabby was eight years old. She began recording her music at professional studios and performing live at ten years old. Since then, Gabby has built her artist career on countless stages, with world-class musicians - including a recent performance with the legendary Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac. 

In 2004, Gabby and her family relocated to California. Los Angeles became Gabby's new home, where she was able to take her career to the next level and make a name for herself as a powerhouse soulful singer and a songwriter with a unique, personal style.

In 2008, "Gabrielle Live in the Studio" was released as a semi-acoustic, one-day in the studio album. The stripped down style of the album was intended to give the listener an intimate experience, close to the live sound of Gabby's shows at the time.

Gabby is no stranger to the stage, as well as touring and puts on an exciting show.
Recently she shared the stage with Mick Fleetwood of the legendary band ‘Fleetwood Mac’ singing ‘Don’t Stop’ as well as having her holiday song ‘This Year’ featured in concert with the vocal group TopShelf.

Her song ‘Underground’ was nominated for ‘Best Pop Song’ at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards in 2014.
As well as recording her own music, Gabby Gordon has been collaborating with other soulful artists like Desi Valentine, Nic Capelle (Dreaming Bull) and electronic pop artist Kier to name a few clocking countless hours in the studio, continuously building her roster of catchy music with a new EP release planned in the near future.

I never followed an official musical education—as a child I tried; but after two years, I was kind of traumatized by the linear and old-fashioned way of teaching and never thought I'd be able to play any instrument or sing.

From 2002 to 2006, I discovered playing the piano; and, in 2007, I started to take my autodidactic practice more seriously. Since then, I have practiced, performed, sung and played a lot, and attended several intensive workshops, all to discover new ways to express my personal sound. 

All the music performed during my piano concerts is self-composed and improvised in the moment. Every concert is different, although you'll recognize several melodies and musical passages as it is with improvisational jazz music. You'll also find several of the melodies and songs I worked with on the album "Into resonance". Though it's not at all my intention to imitate other musicians, I'll tell you this just to give you an idea: people often tell me that my piano music reminds them, at times, of music from musicians like Ludovico Einaudi, Eric Satie, Keith Jarret (improvisations), Craig Armstrong (piano works) or Michael Nyman (the piano).

And, since I also sing a lot and use several other instruments besides the piano, people tell me that my concerts take them along on a trip through several world cultures. What I'm often told is that people hear a lot of oriental, Arabic, Buddhist, Indian and native influences in my music. It's not my intention to consciously create these sounds; it just happens naturally. I'm just enjoying the moment and sharing music from my heart.
