Diego Devoto is an underground house music DJ, Peruvian raised by his family in the island of Puerto Rico moved to the city of Santo Domingo in 2008, there he began to identify with electronic and house music through his friends, the nightlife in underground clubs and (of course) the internet. After a year he returned to the island of Puerto Rico where he started djing in the west coast area, performing in various clubs such as Bar Code Lounge (Resident dj 2010-2012) and Baffo Terrace (Resident 2010-2011) also has performed at major clubs such as: Jet Dance Club, Costa Bar, Cheers Beach, Rocazul, Atmosfera, Water Club and Red Shield to name a few, besides other major events that Diego has performed are: Electronic Music Fest (Rio Grande 2012), Electronic Music Tent (Justas Mayaguez 2010), West Fashion Week (2010,'11,'13), Fantasy Iceland 2012, Miami for the W.M.C. 2013 (the Station and the club fifty) and the Electronic Daisy Carnival (Puerto Rico 2013)
Diego focuses on making good live house mixes and selects appropriate music for the people, combines groovy rhythms filled with percussions and futuristic electronic sounds he always maintains an atmosphere of good dancing. Has played alongside artists like Damian Lazarus, Subb-An, The Martinez Brothers, Soul Clap, Danny Daze, Lazaro Casanova, Laura Jones, Gavin Herlihy, My Favorite Robot, Frank Lorber, Martinez, Alex Arnout, Walker & Royce, Larse, Sordo, Adultnapper and Marco Resmann to name a few.

SY has been a key player in the electronic music scene for over two decades. With early roots in the UK’s house and techno circuit, he gained a label residency at the legendary Manchester club Sankeys, performances at Fabric, D-EDGE, Space Ibiza, OFF Week and ADE followed, culminating in a journey that has taken him to many cities and countries across the globe. 

A decade-long chapter in Berlin saw him hold residencies at iconic clubs Tresor and Watergate, while also playing some of the most revered clubs in the city such as Club der Visionaere, Hoppetosse, Renate and RSO.

As a producer, SY’s music has recently landed on respected labels such as Physical Education, Slump Recordings, Semi Delicious and Rawax. 

He also heads up E&X Records, working alongside a host of talented artists including Alex Neri, Harrison BDP, Maruwa, Clint and NairLess.

Now based in Portugal, SY continues to evolve his sound and bring it to new audiences, with his most recent bookings including appearances at 5A, Plano B, Rūmu, Art Haus Club & Harbour.

John Dimas is a truly versatile artist.

Influenced by the underground clubs of Thessaloniki, where he started DJing as a teenager after moving from Albania, it was only a matter of a few natural steps, guided by his unique way of mixing different musical influences to be playing for big, music savvy crowds inside hotspots like DC10, Amnesia, Watergate, Rex Club and Fabric.

Dimas has established himself as a highly respected selector and producer known for his deep knowledge of music. His sets always include obscure cuts that even the most avid music fans have yet to discover. “I like the art of telling a story, and giving lots of different dynamics to keep things interesting,” he says. “I don’t like to be predictable with the records I play and love to surprise the crowd.”

On a release front, he’s maintained a steady output since his 2010 debut, pushing a futuristic fusion of techno and house that is clever, energetic and infectious. Based in Berlin since 2012, his eclectic taste in music is evident when we look at his productions released on established labels such as DJ Hell’s International Deejay Gigolo, Raresh’s Metereze and most recently on Francesco Del Garda’s Timeless imprint. Dimas also runs Elephant Moon, a record label with which he aims to support new talent. The label does not accept demos, instead Dimas searches for young, emerging artists himself and mentors them throughout the process. Here he also released his 14-track LP “One Against Time” in 2018, a well executed and varied album showcasing his full artistic range.

In 2020, he launched a second imprint SYNQ as well as Intermission Records with Voigtmann to release their debut album “Internal Transmission” for their collaboration VOIGT.MAS. 2020 also saw the revival of Dimas’ other pseudonym, Secret Universe, a cross-genre electronica project formed in 2016 for the release of his first album, an ambient expedition also titled Secret Universe.
