Một ngày mỗi người chúng ta dù già trẻ lớn bé, ở bất cứ nơi nào trên hành tinh này (chỉ hành tinh này thôi nhé, những hành tinh khác thì tụi mình không chắc), cũng đều như nhau, có 24 giờ đồng hồ để sống, tức là 1.440 phút hay 86.400 giây để ăn, ngủ, học tập, vui chơi, làm việc, vận động, ca hát, nhảy múa… buồn vui các kiểu. Tụi mình thấy thời gian không bao giờ là đủ. Hết bài tập nhóm, đến thuyết trình, rồi làm báo cáo, thi cử này nọ. Và tụi mình ước, giá như có thêm 1 giờ nữa để làm tất cả những điều mình muốn thì tốt biết bao. Ở khung giờ này tụi mình không quan tâm kim phút kim giây quay như thế nào, bởi nó nằm ngoài vòng tính toán, chỉ biết cái tích tắc đó phát lên: Aaaaaa giờ thứ 25 đến rồi, quảy thôi bà con ơi. Thế là tụi mình chơi bời cho đã đời. Rồi giờ thứ 25 kết thúc tại đây, nhưng tụi mình biết nó sẽ lại đến vào một hôm khác. Cứ hai tuần một lần vào 8 giờ tối thứ 5. Và cứ thế ngày của tụi mình khác đi một chút với Giờ thứ 25.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! 🎅 This is a short Christmas original a cappella project I created by myself. I'm practicing layering vocals, and I recorded the jingle bells myself by shaking my Santa skirt in front of my computer's mic, lol. This isn't the best audio since I am still setting up my studio so I may re-upload a better quality at a later date, but I wanted to upload it right now since my EP is literally called "Secret Santa."

These songs were written in 2017 (the cover is a rare picture of drunk me at the time), which is when I started to realize I was very likely not a special snowflake and I had to stop complaining about things not always going the way I want, yet that's exactly what I kept doing - to whine about things not going the way I wanted - but, in a brand new indie pop fashion rather than long text messages. (How exciting.)

The production process was very long and boring as I was always changing bits and lryics. After completing the recording in 2019, it got to the point I was fed up with them and put them aside, focusing on other musical projects with my friends (which you can find here on the Collettivo page as well).

I do still believe the songs are quite dumb, however: lately my friend Loup said he wanted to listen to them and gave me a very long and deatiled feedback to convince me there's no reason why these songs should not be available online after all, at least some of them (three out of five, the other two are just too silly), despite their limitations. He's right I guess, so here I am uploading this. I also owe it to all the people I've involved in this and bothered with my demos for years - sorry guys, I'm sure you'll forgive me now that you are mentioned in the "thanks to" section below!
