Gorillaz x EON's Kong Solar Studio launched 10th June at Demon Dayz festival in Margate, UK. It has since visited Munich and Budapest to create more solar powered music.
A Sun Harvester by day and a Music Maker by night, this fully functioning recording studio built in a vintage trailer enables new musicians, vocalists and beatmakers to collaborate and create music using renewable energy.

What’s 2 m tall, lives Behind the Iron Curtain, has 1605 reasons to run an awesome label and *fucking flies*?
Meet UMEK, a techno legend from Slovenia.
UMEK is personally responsible for kickstarting the electronic music scene in his home country by first organizing illegal raves and then becoming one of Slovenia’s most wanted export products and number one music ambassador to the whole world.
And he does fly! Around 100 times per year, visiting almost every continent each year. His gig diary ranges from dark underground clubs in Berlin to massive techno stages on world’s most renowned festivals. Apart from making his name in the DJ booth, he’s also a tireless producer. He mostly releases on his own imprint 1605, and most of his tracks end up on the very top of Beatport’s charts. After more than 25 years as a professional musician, he decided to use his experience and skills in the entrepreneurial world. Together with his managers, he founded a music- tech startup Viberate (www.viberate.com), where they are building the world’s greatest music platform.

 Im November 2011 lieferte sie mit ihrem extravaganten und Ihr typischem Sound, neben Ken Hayakawa einen Remix für die Sonoro Record Release von Steve Haze´s Track “Pfefferminzteerausch”. Bei Ihrer ersten kompletten Eigenproduktion der „Weltenbastler EP“ – welche im Februar 2012 auf Vinyl erschien – zeigt Bettina das Sie neben dem reinen Jonglieren mit der Vinyl und dem Remixen bedeutend mehr kann. So hat Sie sich auch gleich tatkräftige Unterstützung in Form von keinem geringerem als dem Wiener Wayne Harber als Support und Remixartist in Ihre „gebastelte Musikwelt“ geholt. Zeitgleich erschien ein ebenfalls für Bettina sehr passender Track in Form Ihres Remixes auf dem deutschem Label PurePureMusic – die Allright Sex EP. Im Sommer diesen Jahres kamen dann zwei weitere Tracks von Ihr auf den Markt. Der Remix von Marco Fender von Ihrer Weltenbastler-Vinyl und ein Track welchen Sie zusammen mit Sonar produzierte (Einmannkocher).

From early breakout hit "Phat Dope Shit" in 2002 to "Heavy Heart", a new collaboration with Skrillex and Fireboy DML, Dice has always been in the headlines. After his debut album "7 Dunham Place" on his own now long-running and well-regarded Desolat in 2008, came the major label follow-up "Underground Sound Suicide" on Ultra Music with guests like Giggs, Just Blaze, and Neneh Cherry, then the agenda-setting and club-focussed house and techno showcase that was "Love Letters" in 2018. 

Add in tens of EPs on Ovum, Minus, Cocoon, to name a few, and his remixes from everyone from Kevin Saunderson to Moby, Black Coffee to Disclosure, Warren G to Basement Jaxx, Loco Dice has always been at the beating heart of the electronic scene. 

His DJ sets, too, always brim with personality, whether in a small underground basement or on an iconic main stage at some of the world's top festivals like EDC Ultra, Tomorrowland and Coachella to name a few, playing to thousands. He has had era-defining residencies at iconic Ibiza super clubs like Circoloco at DC-10 and on the Amnesia Terrace as well at Space Miami. 

His lockdown move has been to unveil En Coleur, a label reserved exclusively for his own music produced at that time. SB Recordings followed. A new label open to all styles of dance music.

Since day one Loco Dice constantly pushes the boundaries of techno and house music production, from his appearance in 2004 PlayStation2 game "Decks & FX" to cooking up his own ideal fusions of hip hop and electronic music with his FKD side project or writing critically acclaimed runway soundtracks for Italian fashion designer Marcelo Burlon during Men’s Fashion Week in Milan for both FW20 and SS20.

Dice's distinctive fashion sense and strong visual aesthetic manifest in his collaborations with Amsterdam fashion label Daily Paper, pro sports hat purveyors New Era and in his own clothing brand Seran Bendecidos. 

All of this and his longevity prove that Loco Dice is undoubtedly an insatiable creative force most interested in the uncharted territory between genres and styles, the elements that link everything together.

For WARBLY JETS (Samuel Shea and Julien O’neill) their second LP marks a new era, a shedding of skin, a clean slate. It’s been three years since the release of their first LP—years filled with all the highs and lows of growing up, and finding their footing as a band. “The first album changed our lives explains Shea. “But parts of it feel too one-dimensional since there are no rules in pop music anymore,” adds O’neill. “We’re witnessing a rebirth of what music can be. Music is getting way more flexible and people’s ears are wide open. It’s easy to be inspired by the infinite possibility. That’s what this album is about for us.” Defined by experimental, genre-bending production, massive sound-collage hooks, and the search for identity in an industry that has yet to fully accept them, MONSTERHOUSE features the alternative duo’s most personal yet highly relatable songwriting to date. “It’s a patchwork narrative of our own experiences,” explains O’neill, “but I hope people listening will find a lot to relate to with the questions we’ve been asking ourselves. Things like, why do you feel that you can’t go on without that person? How did you grow up so fast? How do you change again for the better?”
