Jauri is a versatile producer, DJ, live performer, and promoter based in Bogotá. As part of the duo Bimol, co-creator of the Kontra label, and co-founder of Radikal Styles Festival, Jauri is deeply embedded in Bogotá’s underground music scene. Constantly pushing his artistic boundaries, his sound journeys through hypnotic rhythms, rich textures, and immersive soundscapes, creating dynamic audiovisual experiences.
Jauri’s performances are adaptable, ranging from DJ sets to live acts, offering a unique experience in every format. Whether through his own productions, supporting other artists, or organizing groundbreaking events, he plays a vital role in shaping and strengthening the city’s electronic music culture. Jessica's affinity for darker intonations and rolling bass lines give his sets profound drive and emotion. He has been inspired by artists like Jeff Mills and Chris Liebing. His style balances the sharpness of modern techno with the warmth of 2000’s hard groove and rave tracks. Jessica alternates between industrial rawness and playful minimalism to captivate the listener into a kinetic and tribal trance. His journeys are eclectic and quick-witted, as he weaves together a narrative of sound relying heavily on long blends and balanced unpredictability. Jessica takes you through cycles of glitchy percussion and euphoric synths, culminating in a climactic finale that is both sensual, wet, and animalistic.
