Laster Records launches with a powerful VA featuring Alarico, Yanamaste, Chontane and Roll Dann Spanish's techno movement force Laster expands its vision with the launch of Laster Records, inaugurating the label with a fierce various artists EP forged for peak-time madness and emotional depth. The debut release, Laster Records VA001, brings together four essential voices in modern techno: Alarico, Yanamaste, Chontane and Roll Dann, each contributing a distinctive cut to a shared narrative of intensity and evolution. The A-side opens with Alarico’s “Of Which Sugars”, a gritty, percussive storm of fast-paced techno, where tension builds through syncopated rhythms and distorted grooves. Following is Yanamaste’s “Disconnection”, a cerebral track infused with cold atmospheres, broken patterns and a sense of controlled chaos — reflecting the Georgian artist’s unmistakable mental approach. On the flip, Chontane delivers “Palindrome”, a futuristic and dynamic tool with flickering synth stabs and machine funk energy. The EP closes with Roll Dann’s “The Red House”, a cinematic and melancholic trip through layered textures and deep basslines, paying homage to the label’s own mythology. Danny Wabbit returns to the forefront with Manic, a carefully crafted five track EP that serves as a visceral journey through the psychological spectrum of the dancefloor.

The EP opens with the unexpected: 'Fear Is Nothing But A Tool', a cinematic dubstep intro to set a dark, preparatory tone. It then ignites with the title track 'Manic', a hypnotic and powerful techno cut built to induce peak-time frenzy.

Stripping techno back to its raw essence, 'Severed' delivers a minimalist homage to the genre's warehouse roots. This raw intensity then gives way to the meditative groove of 'Breath Work', a track centered on calming, pulsating rhythms. The EP closes with the soulful and uplifting vibes of 'That One House Track', the perfect euphoric finale to a long night.

The fourth edition of SHDW’s flagship ‘Federation Of Rytm’ VA series has been carefully curated by the DJ/ producer and head honcho over more than a year, with close attention to detail given to sequencing. It is a balance of label regulars and debutants that represents the past, present, and future, both sonically and through the generational diversity of the artists involved. There are plenty of surprises along the way while always remaining true to the Mutual Rytm ethos and reflecting the journey of the night from start to finish, whether that's in intimate, sweaty clubs or on big festival stages.

Pulsating low-end power alternates with eerie minimalism, while bursts of futuristic energy and cavernous kick drums keep the tension high. Frenzy opens a new chapter with the fourth installment of its VA series, balancing the pulse of the present with echoes of the past.

FRNZYVA004 spans twelve tracks across four sides, curated as a journey rather than a collection. A statement of community, continuity, and forward motion in sound.

The A-side sets the tone: Non-Cyclic’s magnetic opener and JSPRV35’s seismic drive lead into SERA J’s blend of analog warmth and future groove. The B-side dives deeper with William Arist’s shadowed mood, Flits’ surgical precision, and DJ Dextro’s radiant release.

Tension builds on the C-side through Tarkno’s layered pressure and Vinicius Honorio’s hypnotic storm, closing with Mees Javois’ raw, floor-born energy.
