Because all of them have dedicated their lives to spend everyday in the studio, in front of displays, making weird noises, they tried to show up how controverse that is, with the reason their music actually is about: To connect again, with one self and especially the roots that society has lost over the long process of industrialisation, the Nature. 

With that in the back of their heads they came up with a nine track Album which should give you an imagination of how far the displacement from nature has affected the way we live and the way we create. The love and support received worldwide and the collaborations from countless talented artists has made us into what we are today and we are forever grateful. To mark the 5 year anniversary of our journey and to give back to those who believed in and supported us, we present to you a project by our own head honcho, Nico Z3nkai, Insane Totems !

Insane totems is a double sided VA, featuring one of heaviest lineup’s ever seen on a release. It has been a long time in the making, but we are ecstatic to present it to you for your enjoyment.

Z3nbugs is the collaborative project of Z3nkai - Digital Shamans Records and the high energy Mexican duo that is Mental Bugs - Digital Shamans Records. Having newly joined forces, they all now proudly present their first EP, Liquid Sky. Both acts have already made incredible waves in the psychedelic community and this new project is expected to be no exception and further push the boundaries of psychedelic trance.

In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
