Project Taquion (World People Records) 

Taquion is the project of Brazilian Fabio Lopes, born in São Paulo, Dj and Music Producer since 2007. Fabio presents a whole new experience totally mind-blowing focused on the night psychedelic trance, which has been merging various styles, bringing together the most modern of Full on Night. Binho proposes in his productions a more obscure hypnotic sound line, with sinister ambiences, high-powered basslines accompanied by warm and innovative timbres, designed to transport listeners to the other dimension through high frequency sound waves.

This week in our Patronus Records series we welcome Oyaji, a the live act by Vincent Laine. 
After discovering the universe and spirit of psytrance at a festival, he knew he wanted to be apart of this sonic journey he found himself entranced in. He started as a DJ and later began producing his own music, inspired by dancing to psytrance and its multifaceted grooves. His project ranges from 148 to 153 bpm and dives into the depths of complex dance music with chunky leads, cheeky arrangement and grooving basslines. In July 2020, he released his first EP called "Sonic Tales" on Patronus Records, mixing originality with powerful tones. Vincent has put together a power hour of his own production for us at  State Alchemy and it’s sure to kick your Saturday off into overdrive!

In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
