For long, humans have been closely associated with Felines. In Ancient Egypt, Cats have played an important role in shaping their history as we know it, and the pineal gland appears to play a major role in the hibernation of animals and seasonal breeding. 

In some lower vertebrates the pineal gland has a well-developed eye-like structure and it functions as a light receptor and could be considered the evolutionary forerunner of the modern eye. The results of various scientific research have explained the phylogeny of the pineal gland in different vertebrate species. From the point of view of biological evolution, the pineal gland represents a kind of atrophied photoreceptor. In the epithalamus of some species of amphibians and reptiles, it is linked to a light-sensing organ, known as the parietal eye, which is also called the third eye.

The man behind ADAY is Alejandro Navalo resident of Cdmx. He begins as a follower and supporter of the scene in psychedelic music (Psytrance) at the age of 17.

A short time later, he begins to participate in small local parties so placing himself in the pleasure of the public, With the passage of time, he gained more experience and began to play in Festivals ( Rave) in several states of Mexico managing to consolidate with a great trajectory. He has shared the stage with major international and national projects and master the DJ set in various styles such as: Progressive Trance, Psytrance & Twilight.

He is currently playing his own music as a live act as part of the best V / A of several labels worldwide, his project is currently sealed by the Swiss label DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

Here is our final release for this crazy year 2020. A digital-only compilation carefully crafted by our label heads Emiel and Daksinamurti. This release is the first chapter “ winter” of a new series covering the seasons. While the whole world seems to go crazy - we stayed active, focused on what we love most, and spent a lot of time working on music. In a time where we could slow down, focus on ourselves, and travel to our inner states many chose the path to a parallel universe full of stupidity, propaganda, and misinformation. Lost souls in an ever-evolving world which simple minds can’t comprehend. With this release, we shift the focus to ancient and archaic techniques of ecstasy and honor those who work for the benefit of others in these times. Amba Saman (The Big Shaman) is in homage to those healers who have been with us since the birth of mankind and who's rich and colorful tradition is still alive today, visualized in the stunning cover by Rosenfeldtown. 12 Trance inducing tunes, mastered by Scorb (TRK Mastering) to send you through the three worlds and help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
