Cult leader and Detroit's Gaud, Dillon Preech combines the minimal sound of detroit with the mainstream samples of American pop culture. With this approach to track creation, Preech designs what can be best described as a "Olive Branch" to the Future Techno Heads of our scene.
With the inherent groove of Preech's techno and the easy to relate to sampling…. this style is foreshadowed to bring a lot of new faces to the scene, while teaching the history of sound that came before.

Dillon Preech in need of a track to help lift him and his cultlective members up, quickly grabbed his phone and recorded a voice memo with a simple message. Immediately after he added these signature minimal techno and house drums. Primarily designed for DJs to spin in their sets layered in between two other minimal tracks this song really does its magic. The truly minimal groove heads will love the track. 

Hell Rise Mentality (Free DJ Tool)

Sampling the vocal recordings taken from The People's Temple Suicide Tapes with Jim Jones was done with purpose. Dillon Preech's mission is to take the words from the cult leaders of the past and repurpose them into a positive message, something they would all hate. The melody that comes in later in the track takes the brain and dances it through the resilience embedded in every one Preech's releases.
