I've had the honor to play shows and kick it with *TELEFON TEL AVIV* FLYING LOTUS* ARIEL PINK* Odd Nosdam* Dose One* Jel* MachineDrum* Mochipet* Anasia* Efterklang* Sleepyhead & Mimosa* and many other great artists and heroes over the years. 

I've collected and played Guitars, Bass, Drums, Acoustic + Electronic, synths, samplers, and drum machines over the years which is in my music today. I'm a strong believer in integrating old equipment and new hardware  with all the great software we have today to blur the lines of nostalgia and originality. It's not  about what you use its how you use it and what you make with it. I don’t use presets or stock sounds/loops. I make everything from scratch.

I started recording and making music when i was a kid. I had a casio keyboard, a fisher price microphone, and a yamaha electronic drum pad. I used my karaoke machine to record and overdub tracks onto cassette tapes. Later on I started playing guitar when I was 9, drums when i was 10, and bass when i was 15. I was constantly jamming and writing songs with my friends after school. I got my first drum machine in 1998 shortly after getting into scratching and making mixes on my turntables. i always had a thing for electronic music. I then went on to play in bands like Sign For Stereo, Cloud Archive, and Newblue.

Blessed and Grateful....
Born in Manhattan, New York, and raised in California. I’m a self taught musician. I came to learn the art of music at the early age of 4 years old by watching and emulating what I saw. Playing drums, and jumping around to and from different instruments was the norm. I began to play drums professionally for Dorthy Morrison (“Oh Happy Day” lead singer) when I turned 14 years old. I played for her for 5 years. It was an amazing experience. I was blessed to be able to play all over California which lead to having the honor to play at the Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, California in front of thousands of people. For me, it was a monumental moment that I’ll never forget. I began to venture more into learning professional studio work by learning from Anthony Yates (lead guitar player for, “Sly & The Family Stone”), and Eddie Hurd (aka. “E-Way”,  bass player for “E-40 and The Click”). Ive been blessed to be around some of the greatest musicians and studio engineers I’ve ever encountered: Sheila E, Levi Seacer Jr., Studio Tone, and a host of other celebrity bands and artist that I’ve done live sound for till this day. I said it once, I’ll say it again: Blessed and Grateful. 
 
Mostly Instrumentals on this page to rap and/or sing to. I play multiple instruments: Piano, Drums, Guitar, Bass, Flute, and Percussion. I love collaborating with other musicians. Making music is what I do, what I love, what I respect. Ive gone through enough to pour my heart into the art of making music. I turn life’s issues and lessons into heart felt tracks that we all can rock out to, to be consoled by, to make you happy,to making you want to dance, to make you even cry... Its the art of music that moves us. It’s what helps everyone get through - whatever that means to you.
