Shoemaker grew up in a family on the east coast of the United States where music was always the cornerstone of the home. When he first left the States over a decade ago, his love for music was only magnified by his travels around the world. Shortly after, an obsession for disco music sent him down a path of collecting and playing records.  With multiple residencies in the city under his belt over the years, his drive for finding new music and sounds inspires him to consistently dig deeper. Today, Shoemaker’s sets are influenced by disco, Latin, African, Zouk, house, and music from all corners of the world - never one to stick to one sound or genre. He aims to spoil listeners with music they are unfamiliar with but find irresistible not to move to! 
Shoemaker has played at MCQP, Sexy Groovy Love, Kinky Summer, Rocking the Daisies, Retreat Yourself among other festivals and is a regular DJ in the city bowl where you can catch him playing at various venues around town.

After finding the rave scene in 1990, Lee bought his first set of decks a year or two later. Initially influenced by the music in the North West and clubs like Legends (Warrington), The Quad, Cream, The Hacienda he started his music collection and would play at parties, the odd bar gig and create mixtapes for friends.

Fast forward to the turn of the decade (and century!), now living in London, Lee was part of an underground party collective called Most Excellent, putting on parties at various South London venues such as Brockwell Park Lido and The Telegraph (Brixton), playing classic, funky and soulful house music playing alongside a few notable guests like Trevor Fung and Stuart Patterson. 

After a break of about 10 years to get married and start a family, he started listening to the likes of Fingerman, LNTG, The Reflex and was hooked on the underground edits and disco scene. The decks were dusted off and he started to buy music again…

Lee is now proud to be part of the #DiscoWaltons family, a DJ, Producer and music fan collective who frequent the chatrooms of some of the best music shows and livestreams available to humankind!

Wahine–an award-winning radio show host, music blogger, interviewer, and event producer–has worn many hats since returning to the decks after a 10-year hiatus. Her comeback began with winning the Defected Croatia Mix Contest in 2019, making her international debut at the festival and reigniting her DJ career.

Her appearance at the Defected festival alongside house legends and luminaries propelled her into the spotlight of the international disco and house scene, leading to her current status as a globally celebrated talent. 

She co-hosts Spin City on MyHouseRadio.fm and is a Passion Ibiza Radio resident. She has contributed guest mixes to various platforms including NTS, Mi-House, Sinestesia Ibiza, and Disco Deviance.

Her mashups have charted on Hypeddit, gaining support from radio shows worldwide. She hosts events in Atlanta, including her signature event, Wahine’s Hideaway, featuring international guests like Dicky Trisco, Fran Deeper and The Funk District.

Wahine has supported renowned artists Crazy P, DJ Sneak, Lego, Nickodemus, Moodena, Richard Earnshaw, Captain Planet, Hotmood, Dicky Trisco, and DJ Disciple at events in Los Angeles, Atlanta, London, and Amsterdam. Her radio show has featured guests such as The Reflex, Aroop Roy, and The Patchouli Brothers.

Described as “Disco in Paradise,” her sound is sundrenched and full of global influences. Funky licks are spiced with percussive jams. Equal parts brains and brawn with every beat telling a story of rhythm and roots.

Trained in a dozen world dance forms, Wahine is known to spend her last track on the dancefloor in communion with her fellow dancers.

Problematic Disko... An idea born on a dance floor on new years day at a warehouse party in Manchester, whilst grooving away to Carl Craig!

Dave Anthony and Leon Chambers have been friends since high school, early influences where DJ Sneak, Derrick Carter, Daft Punk, Classic Recordings, Large Records, Henry Street amongst others. Between them as solo DJs they have over 30 years experience on the ones and twos, having played at most of the big club nights in the midlands (UK) and a couple of stints as guests in Ibiza.

Fast forward to the dance floor @ the Warehouse in Manchester: The realisation hit that there's not enough risks being taken to actually move a dance floor - most mixes that are posted online don't have track listings for followers to go out and support the original artists, making quality grooves and making a dent in what can often be a very commercial market. They decided to join forces as Problematic Disko. Problematic Disko mix for the freaks, the lovers, the jammers and others!

DJ MIGUEL RØSA - since 1991

With a solid and diversified training in Sound (ETIC’s renown “Curso Geral de Som”), his studies were made on a general basis, combining both theory and practice (Acoustics, Production, Music History, Electronics and Non-Linear Edition).

Is influenced by different music genres, from classical to jazz, pop to disco and funk music, from R&B to soul and gospel and also by ethnical and the so-called MPB (Brazilian Popular Music). His work varies within several House music types: deep, tribal, soulful, progressive, minimal, hard , garage,techno... good music are very welcome...

Has worked , both as a resident or a freelancer, in about 37clubs, namely in some of the most acquainted ones in portugal : Lux, Absoluto, Fragil, K Club (Lisbon), Kadoc (Algarve), Hit Club (Porto), Pacha (Ofir), Século 19,locomia, zip club, Hollywood, Penha Club,heaven club, kapital, kapitulo v,Green Hill,mare alta,rocks,queens... out of portugal in - belgium,italy,montenegro,slovenia,france,switzerland, ... and with some of following international top-DJ’s: Miguel Migs, David Morales, Jeff Mills, Dave Clark,frankie knuckles,satoshi tomiie,bobby dambrosio,rob di stefano Antonio Ocasio, Claudio Cocolutto, Marcelo Castelli and Juan Magan...etc
His sets have been acknowledged a bit all over the world namely for his “technical” skill,and musical choices. 

His talent was recognized in 2 different contests:
• “Dance Club” (the only Portuguese magazine in the field) as “Best House DJ”;
• “Antena 3” (national radio station), winning with his House set.

Miguel Rosa works with cds & vinyl and bases his sets deep House music to techno, but influenced by the already mentioned music genres, . 

His distinctive mark is on the combination of music influences. His unique way to drive the dance-floor is also very well-admired. The sound Miguel Rosa plays is powerful and of high-quality.

Being a pioneer in his Region, has allowed locals to learn the ‘beauty’ of dance music, changing their conventional taste.
Nowadays, is recognized for the hard work developed through the last 20 years, not only by his public, but also by his fellow mates all around the world.

His goal for the future is t producing in 2014. The time in-between will allow him to be prepared for that important step in his DJ career, a true turning-point towards a more and more solid professionalization. NEWS SOON...
