Embarrassment Saved Me

This is a poem written by my nephew(Adam) on 9/11/2001 @ 7:46 AM. My brother(Brian) sent it to me and thought I might add some music to the poetry.
Some background on the fateful dark day in American history.....

The fourth plane crashed in a rural Pennsylvania field (Present-day, Flight 93 National Memorial) during a passenger revolt. The attacks killed 2,977 people, making it the deadliest terrorist attack in history. In response to the attacks, the United States waged the global war on terror over multiple decades to eliminate hostile groups deemed terrorist organizations, as well as the governments purported to support them." I wish I could take their hands lead them away

But here I stand helpless in this mess  
A broken land drowning in pain and distress
