NDC Radio (Northern Dance Collective) is an online music station featuring shows by local and international DJs, with genres spanning house, disco and other electronica. 

At the core of NDC Radio's success is its commitment to promoting emerging talents alongside established artists, and featuring live broadcasts seven days a week.

Beyond its digital presence, NDC Radio actively engages with the music scene through events at clubs and festivals, via it's "NDC Events" division, with a recent success being ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event). Forthcoming in 2024 is "The Dales", a 2000-capacity festival on the last weekend of June.

We are a collective of passionate DJs, Producers and devoted Disco Fans from across the globe, who came together during lockdown through our shared love of all things Disco, House, Funk, Soul and more.

In addition to the vast array of tracks, labels, events, DJ sets, radio shows, and blogs produced by our gifted family members, we also run our own special weekly show. For nearly 3 years, the Disco Waltons Sunday Service has been going out every Sunday 9-11pm (UK time) on NDC Radio. Each week a member of our fam hosts the show and invites an incredible guest to join them. We now have over 100 shows under our belt, with mixes from wonderful guests including heavyweights such as Greg Wilson, Michael Gray, Moplen, Derrick McKenzie, plus many emerging DJs and producers.

Bio:
DJ BK started DJing in 1994 (Club Plastique) and has since had numerous club and bar residents in his hometown of Duisburg (Desperados) and its surroundings (Friday Night Club @ Kobra Moers). In 2022 he DJed at an official ADE event in Amsterdam with great success.

Just before the pandemic, BK started the FB group  “The Art of Edits” and ever since he’s been specialising in creating edits-filled-mixes for SoundCloud, the most successful being his series “The Love Edits”, “Pop Art” and “Yacht or Not Edits”. 

BK and his wife Jasmin (@houseofJayKay) are members of the @DiscoWaltons family. Since the end of 2023 they are doing a bi-weekly live-radio-program "The Couple Show" on ndcradio.co.uk .

London-based DJ and producer Pete Ellison has been spinning music for 25 years and has a passion for funk and disco, blending sounds of the 70s with house beats, vocal samples and chunky basslines.

He broadcasts a weekly show on NDC Radio called the "Feel Good Friday Show", with a special guest each week from the Nu-Disco world. The show won the award of "Best Radio Show" at the OGV Music Awards in 2022. 

He's had releases on Super Spicy Records, Spincat Music, Discoholics Anonymous, Mango Sounds, Discography Lessons, Spa In Disco, Duchesse and Hot Digits. Two of his tracks have hit the Number 1 spot on Juno Download.  

He runs a London DJ collective called Serendipity who throw underground events and boat parties. He has played at dozens of London clubs,  and has played at Wilderness, Secret Garden Party, boat parties, woodland raves, Ibiza pool parties and even the dungeon of a French chateau. Long DJ sets are a speciality, with his longest ever DJ performance being an epic 12-hour set.

Pete is also part of The Disco Waltons, a group of International DJs and Disco Lovers who came together during lockdown through their love of music. They host a Sunday night show on NDC Radio, playing on rotation with special guests

As well as Funk, Soul and Disco, he plays Melodic Techno, House and Progressive House

I like 80's Black/Dance Music and everything that evolved from it. 

As featured on the House Nation radio show, Housebound Radio, Even Funkier Radio show, the Disco Waltons show, Feel Good Friday on NDC Radio and Diamond Radio.

Hailing from Aberdeen but now living in Edinburgh, Ewan's love of music started from an early age when he started to listen to soul, funk and disco.  In 1993, Ewan started listening to Pete Tong's Essential Selection and Essential Mix shows and his love of house music started.

A pair of belt drive turntables and basic mixer were purchased shortly afterwards and Ewan started DJing at house parties and birthday parties while at University.  The belt drives were upgraded to 1210s which he still owns and Ewan continued to play at local parties, gigs and events. 

30 years on Ewan still likes to collect a broad range of disco and soulful house-music although the tempo has moderated over the years.  He makes regular recordings to share with like-minded music fans and has featured on the Even Funkier radio show, the Disco Waltons show on NDC Radio and Diamond Radio. He references Graeme Park (fellow Aberdeen fan), MAW, Dave Lee, Norman Jay, Dimitri from Paris and Frankie Knuckles as major influencers .

Wilson Frisk hails from Bradford, Yorkshire in the north of England. Like many other Dj's Wilson started his musical journey collecting music as a young teenager doing compilations for his friends. In 1994 Wilson started a music fanzine called 'Jackyard Backoff' with his late friend Chris Stephenson which covered the music scene in the north of England. Around 1995 Wilson became involved with a very successful club night called 'Spice' which was his first stint at Dj'ing playing Broken Beat, Acid Jazz, Hip Hop, Soul and jazz......Wilson has now firmly established himself in the House/Disco scene holding down residencies in Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield and been involved with infamous club nights such as Back2Funky, Uno House, Our House, Afro Coalition, Way2Funky, Wallop, GYGO and The House Of Phunk. Currently Wilson is one of the Boombox  Stereo residents who play at the mighty BeatHearder Festival and part of the 4Playdjs Collective who play at the Solfest Festival in Cumbria. Wilson is also one half Of Uptown Funk along side his musical partner in crime Poco (https://soundcloud.com/uptownfunkin) 
 ..  Wilson is known for his smooth mixing style, taking you on a musical journey dipping in and out of all genres of House music but keeping it in his Jackin', Funky, Disco style that he's renowned for!
