SO... for those of you who only have discovered InFiné recently, RONE aka Erwan Castex has released his first LP “Spanish Breakfast” in 2009 almost one year after“Bora”, his debut EP. His album was illustrated by a video of Vladimir Mavounia-Kouka cristallizing on screen the dreamy and tormented atmospheres of his productions. 
SO…in 2011, Rone will return in full force after a two-year break and the release of his much-awaited second full-length effort. 
SO ... " So So So" is the name of his coming EP to be released 9th May on InFiné.

Ebo acknowledges the influence of US jazz rockers Blood Sweat & Tears and
– less obviously, perhaps – Deep Purple on this easy going mid-tempo
piece, written a few years before it was recorded, when Osibisa and
various ‘blaxploitation’ themes were hip. “I was trying to fuse rock and jazz together with highlife,” Ebo recalls. “This kind of music was ahead of its time – not very popular when we recorded it!”

We are honored here at Musicis4Lovers.com to be able to host the new remix from Nu and Acid Pauli of Daniel Bortz's beautiful composition, "The Misery feat. Nils Corssen". 

Daniel Bortz isn't a big fan of reckless experiments. A fact that makes this new release even more remarkable: he's breaking his own rule of not having his own tracks remixed.

Needless to say, he didn't just pick anyone to get this job done. His choice fell on some highly esteemed friends and colleagues, resulting in a quite remarkable package.

Acid Pauli and Nu give us their interpretation of “The Misery”, using Nils Corssen´s voice as a hook lead element, never losing the melancholy vibe of the original and still putting it into a rather dancefloor-compatible context.

Bumping along with it’s high end zaps, lush key changes, pads, strings and a killer vocal which for us stinks of summer nights dancing in hazed out smokey rooms. Next up is Umut’s first single with us from our Future Sleaze series Forever You & Me. This track is such an amazing piece, pure musicality and deep throbbin’ sexiness. The amazing vocals will truly take you away with it’s love story and instant flowing hypnotic synths. Sleazy Deep artists Saccao & Lou Van decided to team up next for their remix of Smoke Machines & Laser Rays. Taking a sexier & nu skool turn with its lush guitar licks, smooth bass and sleazy deep feel. Marco Tegui is a name popping up on many labels now, his deep house sound is catching the attention of many and it’s not surprising why, deep & sophisticated house music at it’s finest. His first r emix for us is Forever You & Me taking a much deeper club approach to the original with it’s heavy hitting bass, pianos and keys keeping the mood just right for the vocals. Tamer Akgul steps in for Smoke Machines & Laser Rays next with his big bass & nu disco deep edge providing another perfect version of a great track. Back to Forever You & Me and the HUGE talents of our Sleazy G main man, Vanilla Ace! Expect a UK bass house vibe this time around perfect for the modern floors of today. Marco’s back now taking Smoke Machines & Laser Rays into Tegui’s deeper world of house. Big phat bass and organs riding along lush strings to accompany the vocal perfectly. Four years after the last Console release “Mono” it’s time for some new vivid life signs of the famous Weilheim based collective. This time the new album titled “Herself” is a bit more of a solo attempt. Due to mastermind Martin Gretschmann’s always packed calendar it’s no surprise that first drafts of „Herself“ came to life on his laptop whilst on tour with The Notwist. The final recordings then took place in his studio together with singer Miriam Osterrieder and a bunch of electronic toys.

This funky & fresh double A-Side release is almost guaranteed to rub you up the right way, with each of the four edits working it's magic differently, but all of them giving off strong early summer vibes. 

The first piece, "This Is You" is an uplifting monster, perfect for peak-time at a packed out party, combining waves of elation with a sexy bassline and hooky vocal. Giom's remix of the same track is a much more upfront disco machine with a party vibe, and a glittering groove for a whole different feel.

The second cut, "Hudson River" is a delicious dash of old-school, upping the energy levels with it's original deep house piano riffs and popping percussion. In turn, Lee M Kelsall takes up the mantel to remix, creating an inspired and glowing indie-dance edit that moves in more ways than one.
