This is the part of the story where Electra realizes 'you don't have to live like a refugee,' and seizes fate by the throat, so to speak. This synthpop track, as well as the other movements, reflects my own take on the story, minus the early propaganda which was introduced in the early plays. I wrote a blog post about this.
