Marcus Newman is a live electronic music artist. Obsessed with radio shows on KISS FM in the late 90's he obtained a healthy appetite for all things techno. His education at Media Arts RMIT introduced him to a wide range of sonic explorations influencing his current style. His energetic improvised live performances create unique compositions heavily focussed on getting the dance floor moving. His progressive style blends elements of acid house and techno using analogue and digital synths.

There's only one obvious thing in the sound of Neelix: Relentless forward boost. Exactly how this boost is generated is not obvious at all – which makes it catchy in the most subliminal way possible. The German artist playfully incorporates elements of Progressive Trance, Progressive House and Electro. However, the actual magic of Neelix happens somewhere inbetween those genres. For 10 years already this unique formula made him a crowd-pleaser at a great variety of dance events on all 5 continents, including monumental festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland or Boom.

It's 2005 when Neelix stirs a revolution. His album 'No Way To Leave' fulfills all the expectations of the dance floor – but it does so in the most unexpected way. Within no time, party goers refer to his highly dynamic hybrid style simply as 'Neelix sound'. It's the beginning of a stellar career that keeps building and building – just like a typical Neelix track itself. During the last decade, the music of Neelix has inspired a whole generation of producers, it can be found in the collections of countless DJ, in film productions, and in the catalogues of prestigious labels like for instance SpinTwist Records or Paul Oakenfold’s legendary Perfecto imprint.

Rooster Princess laughs maniacally in the face of serious electronic music. This super-villain of bad taste, cheese and dirty bass was created when mild mannered Brendan Armstrong was bitten by a radioactive paradox at Burning Man in 2011. Forever plotting dancefloor domination, he will stop at nothing to challenge elitist music snobbery. If that means occasionally DJing in a pink mankini, then so be it.

His preferred brand of electro house is carefree, loose, dirty, funky and trancey. From ridiculous, over the top orchestral medleys to retro disco vibes and nostalgic videogame references, Rooster Princess keeps vibe unpretentiously fun and the beats fatter than yo momma. Like many of his previous victims, you may find yourself asking how something so bad could be so good?

What started as a radio show at a campus community radio station fast became an obsession. The story began in 2004, playing EBM/Industrial music for a couple of years eventually taught the girl to branch out and play for people on stage. 
In 2007, Juice Box began playing at Organix and has been a regular rotating guest since, pumping out full-on psy trance with melodies like no one's business. 
Over the years, the style has been adapted to suit a wider audience, including playing genres such as progressive trance, progressive house, and techno. There are now three distinct flavours of juice available from the box! ;) 
Juice Box has played in Seoul, South Korea; Melbourne, Australia; Seattle, USA, and of course, Burning Man. Also plays local Burning Man regional events and Soundproof parties as a guest DJ from time to time. 
You may not know what you’re listening to, but you’ll always know when Juice Box takes to the decks. :)

AcidTail is a melbourne based DJ and sound engineer known for his passion for psychedelic trance, dark atmospheric energy and playful minor key melodies.

He has been playing regularly around Melbourne during the last decade in both clubs and out in the bush, guiding dancefloors on a journey full of psychedelic twists and organic sounds; this is music carefully woven to tell a captivating psychedelic Tail.

After growing up in the metal scene and fostering a fascination with dark and raw musical elements, AcidTail found home in the outdoor psychedelic music scene and found inspiration via artists such as Electrypnose, Hux Flux, DoHM, Pondscum and Gaudium.  
A regular face in the Victorian doof community, he can often be found bouncing around the dancefloor, performing as a DJ and working at various events both large and small as a sound engineer. 

He is the production manager for Samsara Doof, a highly respected Victorian outdoor event renowned for it’s free doof philosophy.
