I've been a DJ for 25 years, a Group Fitness Instructor for 15 years, and a Kinesiology Professor for 12 years (empasis on Motivational Psychology for Fitness). 

I'm well aware of the challenges many of you face when seeking out the best music for your classes. It can take countless hours to find the right set of tunes for a class, only to be burned out on that playlist in a manner of days. 

Using my academic backgroud and work expereince, I've come up with a method which infuses neuroscientific principles for maximizing the dopamine response in each of the music mixes I post (while keeping the energy high). 

My goal is to provide you with consistent fresh mixes, minimizing burnout and ensuring your classes remained packed.  I aim to save you loads of time in your search for proper workout music, by providing a one-stop shop to take care of your needs.
