世界各国の注目レーベルからのリリースが絶えないMamazuが世界の伝統音楽を当世流に表現した音楽レーベル"Sabi”をHole and Holland傘下にスタートさせた。新録となる第一弾はうねるベースにInticheのGuitaleleが一体となる”Yayay”と、陽気なホーンと高揚感溢れたストリングスが景色を映す”Rensou”を8月20日にリリースする。RemixはポルトガルのデュオOhxalaが独自のフォークロアを描き、ブラジルのJuliano Gomezは催眠的なストリングスが密林へと誘う。日本からはゆるふわギャングとのアルバムも絶好調なAkira Arasawaが自身のサイケデリックをストレートに融合させた。Mamazuの世界観と三者三様の感性を組み合わせた内容となっている。

Mamazu has started a new music label called "SABI” affiliated to Hole and Holland, which expresses traditional music from around the world in a modern way.
The first new tracks, “Yayay" with its undulating bass and Intiche's guitalele, and "Rensou" with its cheerful horns and uplifting strings, will be released on August 20th. Remixes by Portuguese duo Ohxala depict their own folklore, Brazil's Juliano Gomez invites you into the jungle with hypnotic strings. Akira Arasawa from Japan whose album with Yuruwafuwa Gang is doing very well, fuses his own psychedelic style straight into the mix. It's a combination of Mamazu's worldview and the sensibilities that each has his own way of doing.

A lover of nature, Ryuji was born in 1983 in Ehime, Japan and was raised in a family who ran a piano school in their home. His own musical history includes a stint as a guitarist in a hardcore band. By 2002, Ryuji made a fundamental shift to electronic music, creating tracks to include techno, house, downtempo, ethnic music and rock under the name “O.R.".

Based in Osaka, Ground processes and reconstructs sounds he encounters around the world to create new creations for the dancefloor. evoke visions of pulsating otherworldly ecosystems. Immersing oneself in these sounds often feels like transcending the human-alien divide.

He started DJing in his teens and has played all over Japan, based in Osaka's underground music scene. He was one of the founders of the Chill Mountain collective, which held regular parties on the mountainside of Osaka, and later, together with sound engineer Kabamix and designer Mt.chills, started to focus on the record label Chill Mountain Recordings. He began to focus his efforts on the Chill Mountain Recordings record label with sound engineer Kabamix and designer Mt.chills. They have performed at various festivals and events in over 21 countries, including the USA, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Germany, Ecuador, Croatia, Israel, Cyprus and Switzerland.

He has a thriving personal career, with a rich and complex catalogue of EPs, singles and collaborations, as well as seven albums & seven Ep releases, including his 2018 world debut album SUNIZM on the LA label ESP Institute.
