Outside of his Chill Mountain imprint which he runs with Kabamix and Mt.chills, he’s released three LPs including a global debut with ‘SUNIZM’ on LA-based ESP Institute, as well as releases with Thomas von Party’s Multi Culti family and Taiwan-based and off-kilter dance label JIN (禁) for their ‘03 EP’. One of his most notable releases stemmed from his two month stay in Quito, Ecuador, where he found himself collaborating with local artists for a two-part EP release entitled ‘Metcha Quito’ (Volumes 1 and 2).

Ground’s existence on this planet is no different to his presence in the music — it’s momentous, ethereal and quite frankly just very special.

Geopard Tourist was formed from a childhood friendship in 2020. Its main driving force is the feeling of rock n roll and the love for catchy but dirty sounds. They played together in several bands before they ended up behind the dj deck. Living in Hungary in the middle of europe they were inspired by lot of types of electronic coming from the west and east as well. Their first official ep arrived in 2022 on Playground Records. The remix for one of the tracks was made by the Australian cosmic sherpa, Dreems, whose more psychedelic sound is also a big influence for them. Their first vinyl release together with turkish Vedat Akdag came out in december titled ‘Little Bag of Hope’ where they start to craft their post rock sound.

The British label 'Planet Dog' is regarded as a pioneer of electronic music, innovative ambient, techno, breakbeat and psychedelic trance. The story begins with a club and the free festival scene of the acid house movement of the 1980s. As a free-space counterpart to the established, strict and rigid London clubs, Michael and Bob organised an indoor festival that developed into a free and colourful cosmos for a diverse cultural scene with music, cabaret, film, art, performance and much more. In 1985, the 'Planet Dog' club opened from this playground. A psychedelic club with expansive, imaginative decoration and an indescribable atmosphere. With the intention of offering the musicians who played in the club a platform, the 'Planet Dog' label was founded in 1993. The main focus here was on the platform concept for the artists and not marketing DJ-friendly formats. The main protagonists included Eat Static, Banco de Gaia, Timeshard, Children of the Bong and Future Loop Foundation.

Based in Osaka, Ground processes and reconstructs sounds he encounters around the world to create new creations for the dancefloor. evoke visions of pulsating otherworldly ecosystems. Immersing oneself in these sounds often feels like transcending the human-alien divide.

He started DJing in his teens and has played all over Japan, based in Osaka's underground music scene. He was one of the founders of the Chill Mountain collective, which held regular parties on the mountainside of Osaka, and later, together with sound engineer Kabamix and designer Mt.chills, started to focus on the record label Chill Mountain Recordings. He began to focus his efforts on the Chill Mountain Recordings record label with sound engineer Kabamix and designer Mt.chills. They have performed at various festivals and events in over 27 countries, including the USA, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Germany, Ecuador, Croatia, Israel, Cyprus and Switzerland.

He has a thriving personal career, with a rich and complex catalogue of EPs, singles and collaborations, as well as seven albums & seven Ep releases, including his 2018 world debut album SUNIZM on the LA label ESP Institute.
