Another exceptional set from the GL krew, classic deep space, soulful n jazzy dnb soundz from Blame in that Goodlooking style, alongside Conrad & DRS. Released April 1997, you can still buy this online - if you like it, support the artists and go buy a copy. Find more sets like this in my 'LTJ Bukem...' playlist. 

The first 60m is Blame's set (it's a 60m CD), I copied this to cassette (90m) years ago, then I added another couple of tracks on the end - so the last 43m of the set is my mixing (hence no MC's) - I no longer have the CD so had to copy from tape and thought I may as well leave my bit on the end.

This is logical, this is a progression... The original and still one of the best sets around, LTJ's about to touch down. After much confusion I finally found the original 1996 version of LTJ's seminal Logical Progression 2 CD release. This is the mixed set (CD-B). Intelligent DnB at its finest. I brought a 2nd hand copy from Discogs.com. I will do a mix using the tracks on the unmixed CD (CD-A) when I get some time.

No infringement of copyright is intended, I'm assuming it's ok to make this available to download as it's not possible to buy this new anymore. If there is a problem with copyright let me know and I'll remove it.

This is my (Jo Public) mix of the tracks on CD-A from the original 1996 version of LTJ's Logical Progression (the unmixed CD), I am NOT affiliated with GoodLooking. This mix features 10 of the best intelligent DnB tracks ever made, each track easily stands on its own but I don't like uploading full tracks unmixed - it feels like too much of a copyright infringement - plus I never listen to unmixed tracks - hopefully my mix does 'em justice. I recently found a whole bunch of mixes I did between 1992 and 1997 and have started the long process of ripping the cassettes to mp3.
As I work through them in no particular order I’ll put them up here for download.
Remember the sound quality isn’t great as they were all recorded through a mixer with no EQ and committed to cassette on a shabby home stereo…But what the hell, it’s that authentic 90s sound through and through.

This is the second in the series and, yes, I dislike the term 'intelligent' as much as you probably do but I never really figured out what we were supposed to call this stuff, even though we were in the thick of it at the time. Blu Mar Ten - From the Vaults Vol 2 - Intelligent Mix - 1997

I was a working DJ/producer 1996-2001 (UK). Lover of electronic music since 1990. I use this site to share some of my mix tapes and the best mixes from other DJs that I've accumulated over the years. This is purely for entertainment, sharing and promoting good music.

I did produce some tracks back in 1998-2000 but only released a couple of EPs with DJ Relay under the names Low Profile & Two-Step2. We are getting back into production again as of 2020 and will be re-releasing some of our old and new tracks going forward, find our tracks on Juno, Beatport, Amazon, etc.
