This song was born from raw frustration and defiance. I had to make it because artists like me—DJ Oracle—often feel powerless, stuck beneath giant music distribution platforms that prioritize profit over the creators themselves. Despite uploading my work with hope, SoundCloud—a cornerstone for so many emerging artists—failed to respond to not one, but 34 complaints, earning a notorious D- rating from the Better Business Bureau. That shock and betrayal is what fueled this anthem.

Right now (08/24/2025), I’m completely locked out of my account. The site instructs me to “reset my password,” but the process loops endlessly. I’ve run out of the “backup codes” SoundCloud once provided. As a result, I’m 100% locked out of my catalog — 110 songs and the fans I worked so hard to build. This song is my way of reclaiming power when the system silences artists.

Every lyric reflects that tension:

Even though they promise “tools” and “connectivity,” the truth is: when complaints pile up, we lose visibility, engagement, and trust. That imbalance is at the heart of this track—because without true access to artists, those platforms collapse into empty promises.

That moment triggered a vivid image in my head: “Norm” pushing back from his computer chair as a roadie walks across the living room, hands him a guitar, and he launches into a full-on indie rock performance.
That intrusive thought became a song… and now “MOTHER FUCKING PEP BOYS!” is immortalized on our Discord soundboard.

My writing isn't meant to be confined to one playlist category. Every moment is a mood, every lyric is a poem, and every song tells a story. I refuse to limit myself. Writing music across genres isn’t just a skill—it’s my passion. I have no desire to change who I am to meet industry expectations.

Where Am I Today?
I can write in any genre, any language, and on any topic. I have access to any instrument and can create with any vocal style—male or female. But at my core, I am a writer, not an entertainer.
I feel timid stepping in front of a microphone—exposing myself vocally is still a challenge. There are skills to master and fears to overcome before I record my own voice or perform live. But I am comfortable behind the DJ decks.

Where Am I Going?
As I navigate my place in the music industry, my goal is to split my music into three primary genres and sign with labels that align with each sound:
