Step into the eclectic sound playground of spiegeleule, where Disco infused vocals, Piano House elements and Electronic beats are merged on top of a rolling and jumping Acid baseline. 

Currently hooked on a musical obsession with the new kid on the block, Indie Dance, spiegeleule aims to infuse it with a touch of Happy House, Techno, Berlin Schneckno (of course pitched up to 125 bpm) and Electronica and everything in between. All this is served up with colourful sprinkles of stupidly catchy pop classics, tribal beats and world elements, trancy hypnotic synths, all blended together into a unique and unmistakable style that could be described as Acid Disco. She always brings a well curated setlist that is harmonized, dynamic, full of energy, and designed to take the listener on a trip.  Spiegeleules DJ-Sets will let you discover her irresistible wink-and-nod, creating an atmosphere that is playful and witty, without taking herself too seriously.

The most elementary level of symbolic exchange is a so-called “empty gesture,” an offer made or meant to be rejected. 
As our teachers explain to us, it is customary to ask the victim if he agrees with his fate, but it is also customary for the victim to say yes. Belonging to a society involves a paradoxical point at which each of us is ordered to embrace freely, as the result of our choice, what is anyway imposed on us (we all must love our country or our parents). This paradox of willing (choosing freely) what is in any case necessary, of pretending (maintaining the appearance) that there is a free choice although effectively there isn’t one, is strictly codependent with the notion of an empty symbolic gesture, a gesture – an offer – which is meant to be rejected.
