schmusi is a dj and producer from cologne. His musical journey began during his time at a music-focused school, where he played the trombone and keyboard, immersing himself in sound from an early age. Schmusi's sound is characterized by a fusion of fast-paced, driving rhythms and melodic, emotive layers. His music often bridges the intensity of high-energy beats with harmonic, euphoric undertones, creating a captivating experience that keeps listeners both energized and entranced.

In 2023, Schmusi began djing alongside a group of friends, organizing the tunnelrave festival in Münster, Germany. This collaboration ultimately led to the official founding of bonobosociety in 2025.

His most famous work, a remix of the cult classic "Freed from Desire", is a regular feature at major events. 🌍 Acts like Nico Moreno, DYEN, Sofie Sapuna, NEXO, AVE, and many more play his edits at iconic events like Verknipt, Unreal, Future, Impact, and even Tomorrowland.

But Zeyn isn’t just killing it with remixes—his original productions are also getting massive attention. With releases on well-known labels like Sonaxx Records and DSR Digital, he’s made a name for himself as a producer. 🎶 He’s supported by big names like H!Dude, Mark Sherry, Sara Krin, INGRID (IT), Isabela Clerc, Anele, and more. 💥

Zeyn is also a visionary beyond the DJ booth! In 2022, he founded his first label, Tekknosucht, which in just two years gained an impressive 130,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. 🎧 But that’s just the beginning! In October 2024, he launched his second label, TerrorCode Records, focusing on Techno/Hardtechno. The huge demand has already pushed new release dates to May 2025! ⚡

It came to pass in those days that a young man named Florian lived in the quiet valleys of Austria. He was a dreamer, searching for a sound that could touch the soul.

One day, while visiting a friend, he beheld a wondrous device — a minstrel’s button box (DJ controller), its lights sparkling like the stars. In that moment, he recognized his path. Two days later, he acquired such a tool for himself and diligently practiced its use. Yet soon, he asked himself, “Why should I only play the works of others? I want to create my own soundscapes!”

Fate led him to a wise master of Psytrance, who instructed him in the magical workshop of Cubase. Florian became passionate about the craft of music production and soon discovered an even more powerful tool: Ableton Live. With great zeal, he combined his knowledge and refined his melodies through long nights, until he became a master of his art.

As Nero Effecta, he created a unique sound: New School G-Prog, blended with melodic Psytek and psychedelic effects. Those who listened to his works were transported to magical soundscapes. His name echoed far beyond the mountains, and his art touched hearts across the lands.

And so, Nero Effecta lives on to this day, creating new melodies and dreaming further in the realm of music.
