The producer set I played at ZNA 2022, which was an awesome edition. I got the chance to play in the daytime, so of course I played melodic morning music. Went slower and deeper than usual, and it was great. People got sucked in and tranced out.

Dieses Mal wird sich unser guter und (positiv) verrückter Soundnerd DJ Jairam aus Berlin die Ehre geben. 
Die ersten zarten Tuchfühlungen mit den Spektren der elektronischen Musik erlebte dieser im Jahre 1995! Allerdings noch zu Hardcore und Gabber…
Auf einer „After Party“ der Love Parade 2001 öffneten sich jedoch die Pforten zur  „dunklen Seite“ für ihn - nicht wegen der Musik, sondern aufgrund der unvergleichlich, erlebten Atmosphäre. Fun Fact: Magier an den Decks zu dieser Zeit – Papa Goa Gil. 
Trotz ein paar Widerständen hinsichtlich der damaligen Musik, kam es, wie es kommen musste… Jairam begann das Zocken an den Decks und hier ist er nun!
Gestählt und erfahren durch Auftritte überall in Europa und einer Musiksammlung, so dick wie die Brockhaus Enzyklopädie in Gold, vermag Jairam sich allen musikalischen Strömungen perfekt anzupassen oder anzuschließen. 
Also erwartet……. Nichts - und genießt einfach die Reise durch seine Augen!

For this episode, SOURONE has recorded a DJ mix for us. Michael Kalinowski, aka Sourone, is a Polish solo project exploring psychedelic and experimental electronic music. Rooted in IDM and glitch electronica, he has evolved his sound into a dancefloor-oriented fusion of minimal and psychedelic progressive, groovy tech, emotronic ambient, and squelchy-glitchy experimental IDM.  Dedicated to refining and pushing the boundaries of his unique style, he draws inspiration from music, the scene, travel, and art—always fueled by hard work and passion. This mix is dedicated to the deep, beatless kind of ambient, with a hint of classical music here and there... For many people this is probably sleeping music (hence the name) but for me this is music like a womb. It takes care of you, gives you warmth and creates beautiful emotions! Jikkenteki - Another Kick in the Head (Remastered)

Basilisk is a veteran multi-genre DJ, co-founder of the psychedelic techno label @Techgnosis-Records alongside @benramamusic, founder of the iconic @Ektoplazm free music portal and label group (including Ektoplazm, Drumlore, and Omnitropic), lossless audio enthusiast, and dedicated archivist and electronic music curator. Originally hailing from Toronto, Canada, he is now based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Psytrance, techno, electro, house, trance, acid, breaks, bass, IDM, ambient—you name it, I probably spin it. My mixes fluidly combine different genres into harmonic journeys that defy convention. I encourage you to browse around and get lost in some of the many sonic microcosms I have meticulously curated over the years. Nearly all mixes posted here are available for download on my homepage.
