Snow fell like static on a charcoal black paddock and it melts on the stones by the creek

In my neighbours backyard there's a blowup pool from Kmart
piss tanks turning yellow to green
When I met the devil he was quite a handsome fellow
now he's selling my car to me

Heaven is a library and it's full of fucking nerds
theres no way in hell Saint Peter's Gunna let In this turd
there's nothing that I say that's gunna make any sense
my soul has been cucked by my carcuss guess I'm just like the rest

My ever filling cup Is only filling full of dust as the rain converts snow into mud
I mix the mud and dust to clay and fold myself into a shape it turns to stone you could not move within that state

In my neighbours back yard plants are strangling a go kart
sun convert dew into steam
When I met the devil he was quite a handsome fellow
now he's selling my car to me

Slowly you danced
in cold chafing chains 
though I was watching through the glass
I swear we was moving the same
ain't Nothing I can do 
is gunna any sense
well I cast stones at the sun in hopes that it cracks like an egg

How could I blame you to not feel the same
My love turns to hate
and all my shame turns my hate into pain
if nothing that I do nothing that I say
is gunna makes any sense
Best chew these thoughts to sludge 
In hopes that the feeling digests

DJ Basilisk returns to his signature psychedelic techno mix series with SILICON OVERMIND 4, further expanding his broad definition of the style with selections from across a vast spectrum of sound. Minimal and dub techno accrete around a solid core of dark and progressive psytrance, with occasional references to tech house and classic trance. Combining these disparate elements into a cohesive whole, Basilisk harnesses the understated power of smooth harmonic mixing to build tension, charting a spiral motion through different moods to ensure this becomes a true journey into sound.

Randall Jones and Nick Stoynoff join forces on Panama Red, an original cut that glides effortlessly between progressive house and sleek techno. Released on Stoynoff’s own NOFF! imprint, the track embodies the label’s ethos — deep, hypnotic, and rhythmically refined.

From the opening bars, Panama Red locks into a supple, rolling groove. A pulsing bassline drives the low end while percussive accents flicker around it, giving the rhythm both swing and bite. Subtle modulation keeps the energy simmering, never boiling over — the mark of producers who know exactly how to control tension on the dancefloor.

The duo’s chemistry shines in the details: evolving pads and filtered synth textures lend the track a cinematic glow, while its minimalist arrangement keeps focus squarely on motion and atmosphere. Basilisk is a veteran multi-genre DJ, co-founder of the psychedelic techno label @Techgnosis-Records alongside @benramamusic, founder of the iconic @Ektoplazm free music portal and label group (including Ektoplazm, Drumlore, and Omnitropic), lossless audio enthusiast, and dedicated archivist and electronic music curator. Originally hailing from Toronto, Canada, he is now based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Psytrance, techno, electro, house, trance, acid, breaks, bass, IDM, ambient—you name it, I probably spin it. My mixes fluidly combine different genres into harmonic journeys that defy convention.
