One of two things are going on here:
Your gain on this track is too high and your correcting for clipping one the master, or the source is terrible quality.  The reason I say this is that Oopart has the same wave form volume levels and its output is correct.

Interesting Idea, be careful though, if a master pitch bend lock is on when you do this it will double up on beats, no matter how good your equipment is.
