Alexander Albrecht returns to Francis Harris' Scissor & Thread imprint under his Melquí­ades guise for the Excerpts EP. As with his previous release on the label, Blue Caves, the Melbourne producer delivers a rich and affecting release, blending genres and moods with ease. 

"The idea behind this EP", says Alex Albrecht, "was to capture moments and "excerpts" of my improvised live set. I've used field recordings from a number of places from around the world as inspiration (including my recent visit to New York for the last S&T Tour) for the individual tracks - there's a variety of genres within the release but essentially they were just improvised extended jam sessions. I then chose some interesting excerpts for the record."

'Portal' kicks off the EP, a deep and woozy track with a strong groove, layered with pads and effects that radically enriches the dancefloor cut. 

'Tower Of The Sun' utilizes a similar driving beat, heavy on the hi-hats, but with a more submerged mood, punctuated with distant blasts and shards of noise. 

'Schaefer Street' also employs snappy percussion and snares, intertwined with bubbling melody and ethereal pads and washes. 

The same track is given a re-work by Patrice Scott, thickening up the groove and providing the most out-and-out dancefloor friendly track of the EP, while maintaining the fragments of deep and jazzy melody.

Right now Freedonia is one of the leading clubs in this genre and little by little we see artists grow through the support of Coque.  

Adrian Marth started in Freedonia and it has certainly been the beginning of something very big for our artistic growth. This year Freedonia will bring artists such as Curses, Shubostar, Donald Dust, Antoni Maiovvi etc. Today we welcome a very complete and super Italo club mix! Just what Italo moderni is looking for ... that Italo essence but without losing the most powerful club culture!

Colossio es sin duda es uno de los proyectos favoritos de La Negra, Fernando es Regio y con historia rockera, por lo que su sonido no siempre es tropical, sin embargo pone música increíble, siempre llena de energía para el baile, tan es así que la última vez que tocó en La Negra vinieron 3 patrullas a callarnos :)

Llevamos siguiendo la carrera de Fernando desde su lanzamiento con @calypsorecs "MOTO" en el 2018 y desde ahi no ha parado de hace música increíble para otros sellos como @durolabel, @neinrecords y @ombrainternational entre otros, además de tocar en México y el verano pasado en Europa.

As 50 % of Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt [@ggm-filburt] and also as a producer / DJ on his own Filburts effective radius has expanded into the national and international in the recent years. As the former manager of the renowned Leipzig Vinyl Dealers Freezone Records and owner of the label @O-RS was or is he active at all possible switching points of the scene. The experience behind the decks and in the periphery trains his sense for the perfect club track for years. Several formulations with this feeling for House and everything adjacent have already appeared on labels like Permanent Vacation, Liebe*Detail, Mirau, Dirt Crew, Compost and Riotvan.
