I first met Stickybuds because a promoter had the insight to pair us together in a freestyle DJ set one afternoon at a festival in BC. Shortly afterwards, Sticky gave me his latest tune, "Bass Now (What 'cha Gonna Do)" and I played it religiously in my DJ sets for ages. Now Stickybuds has gone on to tour the world and represent Canada with his badass flavours of funk. And I've had the chance to take one of my favourite bass drops and give it a twist of my own.
