Das Komplex joins up with the King Of Kong imprint to release four soul-infused tracks entitled ‘Reverse Hallucination’. After spending years as a bedroom musician and occasional DJ Marcin Lukaszewicz, modest producer from North-Western Poland known as Das Komplex debuted four years ago on local FASRAT label. Since then he became one of the most respected Polish producers, releasing an album on Catz’n’Dogz’ Step label, as well as singles for Young Adults, Love On The Rocks or People Must Jam. His very singular, hazy breed of sample- based house-derived music made its way to sets of numerous high-profile DJs (from the late Andrew Weatherall to Axel Boman), eventually making its way to no other than DJ Harvey, who invited Marcin to play at his Pikes Ibiza residency, and included one of his tunes on his recent ‘Mercury Rising’ compilation.

‘Lagos’ takes a slightly darker route, but even here a heavy, percussive groove is brightened by bursts of uplifting piano.

Having picked up support from DVS1, Noncompliant and Truncate for his recent EPs, ’The Boge’ and ‘Our Eva’, British producer Linear B returns to his Rainbow Tipi imprint with a new three track EP, ‘Charon’s Crossing’, this June.

Hypnotic, brooding and imbued with subtle detail, the tracks on ‘Charron’s Crossing’ walk the line between house and techno with ease. From the steady, ponderous thump of the titular track via the eerie, mechanical atmospherics of ‘Ghost Walk’ to the classic UK sounds of ‘Cobalt for the Masses’, Linear B is in introspective, heads-down form throughout.

This latest offering is yet another high point for this ever-evolving artist and is sure to bring further attention to both his music and label.

‘Charon’s Crossing’ by Linear B is released on Rainbow Tipi on June 26th.

Linear B builds on the success of his June release, Charon’s Crossing, with another superb techno offering on his own well regarded Rainbow Tipi, this time with a remix from Banshee.

After support has come in from tastemakers like DVS1, Noncompliant and Truncate, British artist Linear B is now right at the vanguard of the scene himself. He makes music that blurs the line between house and techno - it is always powerful and all consuming, but also comes with a wealth of subtle detail that makes a lasting impact.

Enter the Arena' came about after Linear B went to see Sasha & Digweed play a warehouse event in Amsterdam and the excitable crowd were high and happy on nitrous balloons (which are legal to sell in clubs in Amsterdam). "I settled into the night making little mental notes," he explains, "hence the words in the track, 'I remember now, this is how it is, this is how it's always been, which way will you run, which way will you fly, when you enter the arena.'” The result is a paranoid track with a menacing lead and the dark vocals, all on top of a rubbery, kinked techno groove that loops to perfection. The Banshee remix is a twisted techno stomper with a wild lead that will freak out the floor late into the night.
The excellent 'Can't Get Right' is the sound of Linear B dealing with everyday pressures and channeling that through music, which he uses as a way of escaping the mundane nature of daily life. What he comes up with is an atmospheric groove with slick hits and toms and slithering bass that draws you deep inside.

Last of all, 'Superhugs' is a techno love song, which was a secret project to send to his girlfriend on Valentine's Day while she was away in Seville. "I sang it in a 1920s crooner style with a radio mic, it kinda sounds sinister and scary." It is a twitchy, unsettling track with a spooky atmosphere and yet more superb sound design.

Linear B’s fine run of form continues apace on this standout new EP.

Dust & Blood es un nuevo sello de Damon Jee, un productor que lleva la música electrónica de baile hacia nuevas y emocionantes direcciones. Para el primer lanzamiento, da la bienvenida a su buen amigo Darlyn Vlys, quien ofrece tres producciones devastadoras con un remix del creciente productor de Kompakt, Paulor.

La voz de Northen Lite hace un llamado a las armas en 'Pacemaker'. Esta enorme bomba en forma de música electronica, es un hit que entra directamente para reventar estadísticas y llevar al clubber a un nuevo estado de nirvana. Melodías progresivas, bajos sólidos y abrasadores se dan cita en este track, sin duda uno de los esenciales de 2020. 

El productor mexicano Paulor agrega un poco de suciedad a su remix de 'Pacemaker'. Gruesos riffs de guitarra y el bajo potente hacen de este remix una experiencia sexy en pista.
