Hi guys, this is Ramalho and this is the seventy-first edition of the Vørtice Pødcast.

He's been DJing since 1996, has a wealth of experience in the techno scene and has worked in the main techno clubs in Brazil and around the world.

Founder of an important label in the national techno scene, Válvula Records, my guest today is a great talent in the Underground scene and needs no introduction.

Phabian aka Afrozoid has built a DJ Set 100% on vinyl and it's well known that whenever he performs, it's a certainty of great technique and sound quality.

DJ since 1996. In 2009, using his experience and musical background, in partnership with his brother Rafael Lopes (Ex Los 3 Brasileros), he founded the Techno Válvula Records label. Releasing national and international artists. Since then, through these links, they formed the duo Afrozoid, thus releasing their own music.

In 2013, Afrozoid released their first releases on digital labels and in 2015, their first EP on vinyl on Válvula Records. Flickring EP includes the remix by American Myles Sergé. Afrozoid made some releases for some of the main Techno labels such as: Counter Pulse,
Translucent, Acid Worx, Epione Records, Techno Vinyls, Massa Records (Managed by Renato Cohen and Fernando Moreno) among others.

Acting as a DJ in his presentations and always representing the Afrozoid project, Phabian has performed in some clubs and parties throughout Europe and South America, such as: Clash Club (São Paulo, Brazil), Lab Club (São Paulo, Brazil), Acid Resistance (Tagangá, Colombia), Under Club (Buenos Aires, Argentina), Tresor (Berlin, Germany), About Blank (Berlin, Germany), Griessmuehle (Berlin, Germany), Drugstore (Belgrade, Serbia), Kuglana Subicevac
