QUBE - Stormy & Me (Greg Gow Remix) PREVIEW

Deep In The Night I returned to my roots.. hard techno, however in this case a modern take on it, with some of the best techno tracks I've come across, with some of this vinyl hot off the press. This is one of my best mixes, and I am at home with the dark hypnotic beats.

As always, recorded live, mixed on 12" vinyl using 2x Technics 1200 mk2, a Play Differently Model 1.4 mixer and a BOSS Digital Delay and Reverb for EXF.

Bass & Unity III Saturn Stage - SZETO

Hit record, started playing. V7 of Deep in the night was a 150min mix session, of which part 1 mix is min 30-90, with part 2 being min 90-150. Ended up really enjoying some of these tunes and how nicely they mixed! 

Part 1 is darker, minimal with hints of acid, ending on a deep dark note.
Part 2 brings us back to some melody and explorations of fresh wax and new tunes (literally first listen/mix).

QUBE PRODUCTIONS CANADA is a Winnipeg based tech/minimal/techno independent label. DJ QUBE launched in 2014 as a performer, and since then has been focused on producing techno and house music for live performances. 


With 170 songs on ITUNES, SPOTIFY and all other major streaming services, as of November 2023, QUBE has made a strong impact in the world of collaboration with recent releases with artists such as Funk D'void, Justin James, and Tripwire most recently, through the music body of MEME (MEMETIC, Manitoba Electronic Music Exhibit )

QUBE is known for combining heavy use of vocals and bass. Blending speech synthesis with show stoppingly thick basslines, quick mixing and a very danceable retro/electro beat.
