Since listening to the first Ska Tune live in 1988 @ a Ska Concert in Nuernberg I became a great fan of Ska Music - and to Offbeat within Music as well...

Soon afterwards into early Reggae and Rocksteady. 1989 & 1990 visited London and some Ska Concerts there. Met legends like Laurel Aitken (R.I.P.) and Prince Buster and had nice conversation with them. 1991 first visit to Jamaica. Dancehall was present everywhere and kinda "shocking" for me in the first place, but also began fascinating me. Roots Music and Dub I discovered during the Nineties as well as Soca thru several more visits to JA and the UK. 1995 the first steps mixing music with a turntable and cassette decks. May 1997 first gig with selector RasDee as Outta Yard Soundsystem pioneering as the first ever Reggae Sound to come out of North Bavaria. 

2000 joined 2nd Sound Macca Hi Fi alongside fellow selectors Bright Star and Marky General based in Bamberg/Franconia. The Regular Dance of the Crew called "Macca Fat!" in the old Morph Club (R.I.P.) in Bamberg from 2000 until 2008 every 3rd Friday was a big ting attracting people from near and far and drawing capacities between 200 and 500 visitors every month. 

For both sounds, Outta Yard as well as Macca Hi Fi  Guests like Ragga Steve & Youthman Promotion Soundsation, Mystic Dan, Stevie Culture, Crystal Axe, Sun One, Fred & Barney, Marlon B., Roots Rockers, Upliftment Intl., Dr. Ring Ding, Martin Jondo, Patrice, Firesound Intl. etc. left their own individual stamp in a easy juggling style while playing and/or performing together. 

In 2000 I joined "Reggae Hit The Town" Crew in Nürnberg City as MC Dr. Ginga. Members then were Duke Seyberth (Boozo Bajou), Dr. Gorgon and Judge Celik. Aiming at the Vintage Lovers of Ska, Rocksteady and early Reggae the Crew quickly became an Institution in Southern Germany with the strong ambition to present Vinyl only selections from rare and hard to find merely 7" Records (most of the tunes are originals - just a few are re-pressings) to a steadily growing and enthustiastic audience. The Crew is playing until the present day in their bimonthly held dance with remaining members Dr. Gorgon and Judge Celik. Guesting in their Homebase - the Zentralcafé in the Heart of Nürnberg City - were for example Chris Peckings (London), Hans Peters (Selekta Shop Hamburg) amongst many others. 

2004 I was starting as a solo DnB/Jungle DJ without leaving my sound an inch always having the love for and the knowledge about Jungle Music witnessing the heyday of the music at the 1994 Notting Hill Carnival in London by incident. Since then there was no turning back. Also hosting "Bassrockaz" inside Morph Club alongside DJ Obscure, acts like DJ Baron and MC Soultrain were guesting amongst others in the several last years, also doing some warm-up shows inside the unique-musique radio studios in Bamberg streaming it online frequently before club-shows.

Dj Freeze started his career in 1993 as Breakbeat/Jungle dj. Since then he has built up his worldwide unique identity as "The original dancehall junglist"
After his studies as audio-engineer he started to set up his own studio and mainly produces raggajungle with international artists (like Cutty Ranks, Johnny Osbourne, Ninjaman, Burru Banton, General Degree, Ragga Twins, Daddy Freddy, Top Cat, Tenor Fly, just to name a few)
He has already played with almost every DnB-Artist und besides his homebase Mannheim he has played raves, festivals and parties in London, Vienna, Copenhagen, Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart or Sardinia and so on...
With his own songs &amp; remixes he has a real wicked selection in his dubplate box to make every crowd go mad.
In 2002 he joined forces with the "DeeBuzz Soundsystem" and promotes his "on a ragga tip"- parties in Mannheim very successfully.
In 2010 he released his first tracks together with Soulpride, Mc Navigator &amp; Mystic Dan on Basswerk Records.
In 2012 he released the 3 tracks together with The Green Man (TGM), Skarra Mucci & Sabrination on Basswerk records called Junglegrowers Digital EP.
In the last 3 years he has been voted under the top10 german dnb-djs for the "Future Music Awards" (germanys biggest DnB-board).
Since 2005 he is working together with Top-a-Top Promotions so you can be shure to hear more of Mannheims one and only dubplate killer.
