DopeSlopes Meaning: To be able to ski an actual Dope Slope means to see both the sun setting and the moon rising at the same time on a slope ridge. SoCal, where I grew up, allowed me to sit on that slope ridge and contemplate life. The juxtaposition of light and dark progressed me towards the ultimate outcome of reality. Of which is finding that we are on an outcome of balance.

Active since 2021, Vince Grave has been making a name for himself in the Montréal and Eastern Canadian bass scenes with his deep 140 and drum'n'bass rhythms. Taking inspiration from a large array of influences in alternative music, video games and cinema, his productions offer a rich atmosphere, heavy basslines and sharp sound design.

Rooted in percussion and rhythm, Pharaosa emerged from the deep and tech-driven corners of bass music with a sound that bridges Dungeon Dubstep and Minimal Drum & Bass. Early influences from Darj, Mishva, and Leon Switch shaped his affinity for atmosphere, weight, and space. After debuting at Even Further 2018 alongside Aimerie and Kryptic Disciple, Pharaosa went on to share stages with Joe Nice, Ternion Sound, Khiva, Hebbe, and Sepia, earning a reputation for depth and precision.

Evolving into the world of Minimal DnB, he’s since performed alongside icons such as Chase & Status, Mefjus, and Camo & Krooked. Drawing inspiration from Minor Forms, Geostatic, and Monnroe, Pharaosa’s music and meticulously crafted DJ sets deliver immersive journeys that balance hypnotic groove with refined intensity, sound designed to move both the body and the mind.
