Wolfgang Lohr is a Berlin based producer, composer, remixer, artist, and DJ whose career spans way back and encompasses a vast variety of different musical projects. Born in Bad Segeberg and raised in Lübeck (GER) by the Baltic Sea, where he served as a trumpeter, singer, and songwriter for the ska band “DaSKArtell” (@das-kartell).

He finally moved to Berlin in 2007 and dove right into its colorful and flourishing electro scene. Till this day he’s involved in several groups and productions, such as the Disco-House duo “DINKS” (@dinksmusik) and the Tech House outfit “Dorade” (@dorademusik), making him a mainstay of the scene who has created remixes for well known, fellow artists like Felix Jaehn, Parov Stelar, Alle Farben, The Manhattan Transfer and In-Grid.

His cover of Ray Charles’ “Hit the Road Jack” has surpassed a total of 90 million plays and has turned Lohr into one of the most sought-after Electro Swing artists worldwide, with a catalogue that now spans about 150 own tracks and remixes.

In addition to his musical endeavors, he has co-founded a Tech House label Coast Connection (@coastconnectionrecords), the “FDF” music blog (@free-download-friday), turned House-label “FDF Records”, as well as the “Electro Swing Thing” (@electroswing) label that has become a home to the versatile cross-over genre and amplifies the voices of its artists.

Slow Nomaden is the side project of Tobias Kroschel, the head behind Sound Nomaden focussed on Organic House and Downtempo. In his DJ Sets and productions he takes the listener on an electronic journey through sounds of different cultures and spheres.

Already his first EP Jungle released on 3000Grad Records in late 2017 got huge support from within the global tastemaker scene. In 2018 Slow Nomaden released Gondwana on his own imprint Nu Boheme Recordings that was received even better including support on spotify's editorial Playlists. His next EP’s called Elephant Dream and Vasudeva both entered the Beatport Top100 Releases in their Genre Afro House and Electronica/Downtempo. Vasudeva has reached more than 2.500.000 plays on spotify since. In 2019 Slow Nomaden released his well received first full length Album Journey. With a constant output of fresh Singles over the next years he established himself in the international Downtempo and Organic House scene.
In 2023 Slow Nomaden released his second full length Album called „Boho“ to bring us an unconventional soundtrack for the digital nomads and freethinkers of the 21st century. Today Slow Nomaden tracks and Remixes have been released on labels like HMWL, trndmsk, Shango, Wayu Records, Baikal Nomads, Harabe, Sirin Music, Cafe de Anatolia, 3000Grad, Qualista, Lump Records and appeared on multiple editorial Playlists on spotify (Orgánica, Yoga Electronica, Afterhours, Tantra, mosaic). They have gained support by a lot of DJ’s and tastemakers from the global electronic music scene including Kruder & Dorfmeister, Acid Pauli, Nico Stojan, Joris Voorn, Beatamines, Xinobi, Damian Lazarus, Madmotormiquel, Riva Starr, Falscher Hase, Armen Miran, Unders, DJ Ravin, Afterlife, Radio FM4, Flux FM, Ibiza Sonica Radio, Ibiza Global Radio, Kiss FM, Futurock FM, Sunshine Live, Vicious Magazine, trndmusik.de, Electronic Groove, HMWL, Sweet Music.

Tobias Kroschel alias Sound Nomaden is a DJ and Producer based in Germany, who is best known for his fusion of different music styles with 4 to the floor beats. Because of his well received original productions and Remixes and numerous international live performances (among others Melbourne, Paris, London, Zurich, Berlin, Munich) he has become a steady part of the german electronic music scene. Since his track "The Trumpet" got viral on YouTube and Spotify in 2012 with nearly 4 million streams to date, Sound Nomaden constantly toured Clubs and Festivals all over Europe. His highly acclaimed Fusion Festival Sets became an annual highlight for open minded fans of electronic club music since. His Singles „Dreamer“ and „Savanna“ both reached one million streams on spotify in their release year 2019. In 2020 his track The Morning After followed up on his distinctive Chill House sound that he has developed over the years.
