Taylor Alexander is a true independent artist, he plays an acute, bluesy acoustic guitar coupled with a rich, soul stricken voice. 

He's released 4 EP's and two singles independently since 2012. Real Life Show, his latest work, is currently on all streaming platforms and circulating on playlists. The Los Angeles based singer/songwriter has graced the stages of House of Blues, Google LA, and Spotify headquarters. Alexander performed three tours in 2017, pivoting slightly into the comedy world to support world renowned stand up comic Rajiv Satyal. Together the two Cincinnatian's wrote and performed their two-man show, "Taking a Stand." The show explains Rajiv's take on the current state of America and we got here using pop music as the guide. The cross country tour ran in 17 US cities selling out performances in Chicago & NYC.

Taylor's music is riddled with genuine, honest lyrics that make listeners instant fans, while the conversationalist elements to his songwriting enhance his relatable, fresh material. He's even devised his own musical technique! It's called the "audible illusion" wherein he beat boxes while simultaneously humming a melody AND playing guitar. The technique creates layers to a unique sound, seemingly coming from multiple musicians, but it's all one guy.  Seamlessly switching gears between this and traditional playing/singing he deceives the eye...similar to ventriloquism or as though a loop pedal is being used. But its all live! You have to see AND hear to believe it!

Taylor, an obvious standout in the robust LA music scene and displays high music IQ paired with bold originality. His acoustic guitar and voice alone are just as entertaining as his full band set.
