ONA:V is a Polish-born, Edinburgh-based DJ, producer, and promoter known for her work in the underground techno and dark electro scene. She is also a scientist by day, and plays gigs regularly at Scotland's major festivals and venues, including Terminal V, Kelburn, and Hidden Door. In 2020, she founded EPiKA, a series of parties in Edinburgh's underground venues focused on creating a supportive environment for female and non-binary DJs.
DJ and Producer: She's known for her sets featuring textural techno and dark electro.
Promoter: She founded EPiKA in 2020, which hosts parties in Edinburgh's underground venues and supports beginner DJs.
Scientist: She's a scientist by day and a DJ by night.

The Doppler shift is a change in frequency of emitted waves produced by motion of an emitting source relative to an observer.

Doppler Shift is an internet radio show on fnoob.com ...At the helm is Edinburgh-based ZUNI who has been actively involved in the Scottish techno scene for over two decades....Each show will feature a guest mix from well known DJ's Artists and Producers from around the globe....backed up by a 60min mix from Zuni

ZUNI has been involved in the Scottish techno scene for the last 20 years, honing his deck skills while spinning some of the most futuristic music around... ZUNI ran UTI - "Under the influence", in Edinburgh with his partners for 6 years, and was resident dj under the name Semaj. He hosted nights with many of the finest names in techno, and most of the local talented dj's and live act's over the years - with the music policy always focusing on diverse and forward thinking techno.
In 2002 Zuni set up the label - UTI records.
Soon followed by his own imprint INJUN EARS records
Also was a resident at Synthetic for 5 years, he's now added a new string to his bow by adding TRIBAL WAVES net label into the mix.....
After spending some time smoking the peace pipe with many tribes... the future looks good for TRIBAL WAVES -

I've done voice in a punk band called "Breakdown Brain" here on my land, but since invented Techno,

Polish-born and Edinburgh-based DJ and producer, ona:v is the founder of EPiKA and a club night curator. Her imaginative sets earned her loyal following across the UK.

Having honed her mixing skills and built an extensive track collection for several years, ona:v debuted on Edinburgh’s club circuit in 2019, where she remains an active part of the scene today. With a sound that spans dark yet groovy techno, ona:v channels older and lesser-known tracks throughout her DJ sets. As an advocate for equal representation in the electronic music industry, ona:v believes platforming is the best way to increase the proportion of female and non-binary artists and features their tracks in her sets.  

Bookings across the UK make up ona:v’s diary, with gigs from London all the way to Aberdeen. With strong Scottish presence, she shared the booth with biggest names of techno: Ben Klock, SLAM, Randomer, Clouds, ANNE, Fjaak and many more. More recently, she headlined the basement stage curated by Sisu at Hidden Doors — a prolific visual art and music festival in Edinburgh — and performed several times at Edinburgh's Terminal V Festival. Outside of the UK, she played in Poland in Berlin, with two streams from Berlin's HÖR Radio. 

Production-wise, ona:v has released her debut EP on Diffuse Reality Records in late 2022. With plenty more in the pipeline, no doubt we will hear more about her later this year!

ZUNI ran UTI - "Under the influence", in Edinburgh with his partners for 6 years, and was resident dj under the name Semaj. He hosted nights with many of the finest names in techno: ADE FENTON, ACID JUNKIES, BAS MOOY, DAMON WILD, DAVE TARRIDA, JAY DENHAM, JAMES RUSKIN, JAMIE BISSMIRE, JAMIE BALL, MARK WILLIAMS, MIKE HUMPHRIES, ROB STOW, STEPHEN BROWN, TERRY MITCHELL, VINCENT DE WIT, and most of the local talented dj's and live act's over the years - with the music policy always focusing on diverse and forward thinking techno.
In 2002 Zuni set up the label - UTI records. The first release (Influence ep) coming from Scottish duo CYMBOL, a favorite live act with Scottish crowds. It also featured a remix from MARK WILLIAMS and TERRY MITCHELL, which became a big success with many of the techno scenes top players, the remix was used by Gayle San on her Palazzo mix cd.
Soon followed by a second successful (Useful ep) this time coming from four different artists
- ACID JUNKIES, INFLUENCE DJ'S, CYMBOL and ROB STOW -
At the same time launching his own imprint INJUN EARS with the debut from ZUNI (As A Child ep) with a remix from Scottish legend STEPHEN BROWN. Second release seen a debut track from RYAN DUNNETT (Chicago V's Detroit) getting the full remix treatment from TERRACE Aka (STEFAN ROBBERS,ACID JUNKIES) JAMIE BALL and ZUNI. All adding there own flavor to the track.
He's now added a new string to his bow by adding TRIBAL WAVES net label into the mix.....
After spending some time smoking the peace pipe with many tribes... the future looks good for TRIBAL WAVES -
