Back from the dead, but not a zombie, Steven Mizener (a.k.a Steven "Steev" Taylor) is an indie songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and experimental recording artist living the good life in Tallahassee after recovering from a devastating midlife housing crisis. 

Formerly of Cloud 13 Records' Tangemeenie and Pocket Novel Mystery, among other regional punk and indie rock and pop bands in the 90s and early oughts, under the moniker Wishing Well Divers, Mizener blends well crafted lyricism with live instruments and ambient texturalism to produce original DIY recordings in a wide range of styles and genres.

Mizener's latest full-length release in progress, Home Sick Home, offers reflections on his real life trip into and back out of the underworld of homelessness, recorded at various points in that story using DIY techniques and inexpensive gear. 

Home Sick Home's narrative thematically follows an imaginary narrator's journey from exile and dispossession back to a safe and secure home, only to realize that the whole meaning of the word "home" has changed now, with a sickness of the heart and mind that threatens the very idea of home spreading through the society he loves.
