The starting hook for this 'grasper' tune (those who follow my stuff know what I am talking about, waiting for the next banger some releases hence....) sounded like some 1920's thing so I figured on incorporating the Hobo Code (particularly the twin diamond symbol) mentioned in Under The Silver Lake.  Then to deliberately conflate it with Low-Code developer interfaces produced "Hobo Low-Code" for a title.
