The silent Debate of the Valar after the death of the Two Trees and the flight of Melkor (and the Noldor's pursuit) particularly after Fëanor has left and the Rebellion has already started.  This would be while they discuss making the Sun and Moon, and how they are going to conduct the later Ages.

In the track art for this piece I assert that the Valar would have made some kind of improvised glowglobe situation just for the benefit of the throngs of Elves milling about, while they think.

I do enjoy the clavichord/wah sounds a lot, much to the chagrin some times of the people rating my stuff on Re-Ex.

So this was a little trip around the block with that.  As iffy as the timing problems are on this, it's already received some edits with Mixcraft to modify the speed of some sections and remove pauses.
